Le Loarwenn - Bel appt avec terrasse et parking

Perfect apartment. Very comfortable beds. Free parking downstairs in the garage. Easy access. Everything you need is available, fully equipped kitchen. Lots of space for a family to spend a nice vacation. Location is great as a basis for visiting the Morbihan gulf area. There are lots of tiny details that make it feel like home away from home, which was nice.

There is a 5G mast right in front of the balcony, not great for health. The contact with the service team is only in French. While the superficial cleaning is okay, deep cleaning and maintenance are required. We experienced issues with lack of maintenance during our stay, both regarding piping/drainage and access doors to the building and garage. This was resolved by Cocoonr but it is not something you want to have to deal with during vacation. It was very unpleasant. The apartment is very warm, there is a paper that says they have airco: but they don’t. There are also no ventilators available.

Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit beim Empfang, Anzahl, Größe und Bequemlichkeit der Betten, großes Bad, Anzahl der Handtücher, Waschmaschine, Terrasse. Parkplatz. Zu zweit absoluter Luxus.

Es müssten mehr Messer da sein. Auf dem Weg vom Auto in die Wohnung kommt man sich wie in einem Hochsicherheitstrakt vor.

L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux, propre et fonctionnel ; la déco est très agréable , les lits faits à notre arrivée, on se croirait chez soi, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la belle terrasse , la météo ne s'y prêtait pas (bon c'était en février) ; la place de parking à l'intérieur est très appréciable. Quelqu'un de très sympathique (le prénom commence par Ba...) nous a remis les clés sur place, un peu d'humain ça fait du bien

Rien tout était parfait

Très belle appartement spacieux et bien ensoleillée,literie confortable , cuisine bien équipée, il manque juste un grand faitout. Proche du centre ville à pieds ou en bus.

Nous n’avons pas de commentaire négatif à faire.
