Nightmare

The host contacted me on the day I was travelling with my 2 daughters to say she’d double booked, I was on the train heading and she left me and 2 young girls with no where to go. She said she messaged weeks back but I only booked I’d 5 days previous. A disgrace of a host.

Looked nothing like the photos. The places had been trashed and poorly put back together. Blood on the walls, broken furniture, flooring was uneven as if floor boards were broken underneath the laminate, smelt like weed, sockets hanging off the walls.

It was not at all like was seen in pictures and was also surprised by the reviews this place has got when I got there. It was not clean , the kitchen floor damp . The floor was broken and needs repairing in many places. The house smelt of damp/mold.I couldn’t stay there as planned and had to check out a day prior due to the living conditions. Even the area outside felt rough. Overall lot of inconvenience and sadly I ended up spending much more on my trip than planned due to this accommodation.

Great house, very convenient for AO arena.

Property was very easy to locate using Sat Nav and the entire road (and surrounding roads) was free on-street parking). Code for key lock box was sent on day of arrival and that was easy to access. The house itself was very clean and comfy. TV (which we didn't use), free wifi (password info sent via msg on arrival day), shower head over bath, fridge, freezer, kettle, washer/dryer, miscrowave (I'm sure toaster and oven/hob too but didn't use it so didn't look for one).

The stairs were very steep and not a huge amount of foot space - this is due to the style of the house and not a fault of the owner, obvioulsy. The one bathroom can be accessed directly by both bedrroms (the bathroom has two doors). We travelled as a family group and this wasn't a problem for us - we just announced when we were going to the toilet so no one else came in. There may have been locks for the bathroom doors but I can't actually remember seeing them. The only other thing was that upon arrival we found the washer/dryer had been put on and had almost 6hrs remaining. Again, this wasn't a problem for us as we were going out to a concert and by the time we would be back it would have finished; however if you are planning on using the washer dryer it might just be worth checking it will be available.

1 night family stay

House was spotlessly clean, comfy beds and and in a good location with walking distance to shops.

A small negative and an addition that could be made is a curtain/blind for the front door as it let's a lot of light in and puts a glare on the tv. Also in the summer when it lighter for longer, should someone be using the fold down bed it wouldn't be dark until late and would be difficult to sleep in. However this wouldn't stop us booking again.

Brilliant stay.

Great location to central Manchester. Free and plenty of on street parking. Great amenities, the kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. The beds are really comfy.

Bene ma si può fare meglio

Un po' al limite per 6 persone. Il terzo letto era quasi inutilizzabile, per fortuna avevamo 2 ragazzini e se lo sono fatti andare bene, ma per 2 adulti sarebbe stato un problema! Pulizia migliorabile, miscelatore della doccia rotto! Lavarsi in 6 è stato difficile. Cucina funzionale. Tutto sommato buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
