I would not choose to stay at this property again and would not recommend.

The property shows noticeable wear and tear, with visible damage and scuff marks in several areas. In the main bedroom, the double-glazed window would not close or lock properly. This was frustrating, especially because the property is located next to a busy road and the noise insulation was reduced as a result. I reported this to the host after arrival, but it did not appear to be a new issue. A £150 damage deposit was requested shortly before arrival, and I was informed that access details would only be provided after the deposit was paid by bank transfer to the hosts personal account. This process made me uncomfortable, but I proceeded and documented the condition of the property on arrival and departure. The deposit was not returned after 2 days and when I contacted the host, I was told that a bed had been damaged during my stay. This was not the case and I informed the host that I had photos/videos proving the case. Communication stopped after that, and I have not received further responses regarding the return of my deposit.

Nice enough apartment but would not stay again due to issues mentioned.

Location was good, property was clean enough (apart from wet washing hanging) host seemed pleasant.

There was no WiFi, no sign of a box or any way of connecting to anything. The bedroom window didn’t shut properly therefore noise from outside plus it meant it was drafty all night. There were wet towels hanging in the living room area on a screen when we arrived. We had two asthmatics with us and the heater in the living room didn’t work that well so the towels were still hanging wet in the morning. The TV also didn’t work. Tried to log in to watch ITVX since we couldn’t get TV working and this didn’t work either, nor did you tube etc, potentially WiFi connected but it did allow us to sign in to you tube etc just then wouldn’t work or let us watch anything. Also, when we parked car under the building there were two men when we were leaving to go out who were not pleasant at all saying we should move the car as it was blocking the entrance door. The car was far enough back that it was not blocking the door but just not pleasant in the way they spoke and told us to move car onto street. There were no lines indicating we were not to park there. This was not obviously anything that the host had any control over but it added slight stress to the stay.

Ideal stay for anyone visiting Manchester

Very happy with the property. It was neat, clean, comfortable and in a good location to get to and from town centre. Our host Ashkan was more than accommodating with any request or questions we had and was always prompt in responding, this was much appreciated. Would happily stay here again.

Great for a stay close to city centre.

Large apartment. Friendly and receptive host. 10 min walk from tram stop into Manchester. Also cheap and about 20 minute uber ride to ao arena area. Next to a busy road but we didnt hear much noise from it and the block itself was quiet. Would book again if in the area and would recommend as a place to stay.

Needed to give 150 damage deposit on morning of stay which i hadnt factored in. It does say this in details though and i didn'tnotice it. But got this back very quickly on check out so will know for next time. Not an issue though.

A weekend break to meet friends, 3 of us stayed and had a very enjoyable time..

The property was clean and well supplied with all towels and supplies needed. A very comfortable place to stay very well connected for trams to Manchester or local Salford attractions. The landlord was very helpful and prompt with return of the deposit. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Host was very attentive and answered queries very quickly and efficiently. Comfortable apartment and good value for money. Short(ish) walk to Media City. Perfect for short break.

Had a great stay, thank you!

We needed somewhere to sleep for one night before picking up my new car. Lovely spacious flat. We got a really good price on it too. Absolutely worth it. Also we got our deposit back really promptly - same day we checked out. Great location as well. We drove to Trafford Centre that night which was only around 15 minutes away. McDonald’s is really close to the property. Overall a good stay at a great price.

Nice place to stay, huge apartment.

The apartment was nice but the Host in charge of my check-in was exceptional. Ashkan is a gem of a person despite on holiday, he catered to me with the utmost dedication.

In my specific apartment, as there are two buildings and the one where mine was, there is no lift. So had to carry all my heavy luggage three floors and then carry it back at checkout.

Recommended for city break.

The host was extremely helpful and communicated well throughout the process. Fabulous location, 10 minute walk to tram, into Manchester within 25 minutes. Less than 30 minute walk to Old Trafford. Fast food outlets close by, or a short walk to Media City and restaurants. Parking as well! Would recommend this property for a city break!

A little bit noisy if you are not use to city living, but it was a very warm night so the windows were open.

Beautiful home from home! Everything you could need and more. Excellent location and free parking. The owner is fantastic and kept me updated on getting in and couldn't have done more to help, as we had a 3 AM arrival.

Excellent location, clean and comfy apartment. Perfect for heading into Manchester City centre.

Really well situated apartment with plenty of parking. Only a short walk to the metro station to easily get into the city centre, but far enough out that the location was nice and quiet. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean and our host, Ashkan, was really friendly and helpful, offering us some tips for getting into the city more easily.

There were some signs of wear and tear - nothing major but a few areas of worn paint and loose handles on windows etc. Didn't affect our stay though.
