Bay Wind Deluxe

The flat was clean and the rooms were large. It was quiet. I slept well, the bed was comfortable.

Lots of stairs which was only a problem taking the luggage up and down, also the stairs were small. There is a bath with a shower over but no anti slip mat or grab rails. The shower curtain was a little crispy and could probably do with replacing. The glass shelf in the bathroom was on an angle and could do with being removed. Carpet nails are sticking out from the carpet coming down from kitchen and as I was walking down the stairs my foot caught on a nail and gouged the skin. It bled a lot, thankfully I had plasters with me.

This is a very peaceful and quiet farm Caravan close to nature and green forest. The owner who is farmer is a very nice person. The family took us to see the castles and we were happy to participate to feed them with Hay. The environment is so quiet and good for a holiday stay out from a noisy city.

The narrow road leading to the destination. However, it is not a busy road and on rare instances, you can find 2 cars on it.

It was a bit hit and miss for parking. We were lucky to get a space on the road. Description says free on-site parking which is why we booked it but it was on street parking. This needs to be corrected.

A clean dish cloth in the kitchen. Something to hold on to in the shower/ bath as it was slippy when wet. There were no instructions for any of the equipment and we had to text the owner for the wifi code. Only getting the access code on the morning of our stays was rather inconvenient as we did not have internet access all the time where we were.

Good size of bedrooms, nice beds and clean kitchen.

Untidy bathroom and no WiFi. Hard to understand TV. No instruction book. The neighbourhood is a bit junkie $ drunkie... and quite noisy.
