Excellent views and great fun watching the antics of promenader's when coming upon Eric's statue. So grateful for lift as it was well big enough for my walker. loved the painting/craftwork. plenty of amenities close to apartment.

Bit difficult getting the keys from the lock box and would have liked two sets of keys. would have liked the window table and chairs to have been a little lighter and easier to move. Information on how to use appliances would have been helpful and a toilet roll holder.

Shared entrance area basic. Curtain hooks/retainers need to be reattached to wall. Bin lid couldn’t be closed. TV remote ‘on switch’ didn’t work (had to switch on at manual control).

No drainer for dishes and leak mark over shower on ceiling which did drip once

The property was clean and spacious the wifi was of decent enough speed , kitchen is well equipped for a short stay. The view is lovely overlooking the bay next to the eric statue

Although at first glance the property is nice there are a fair amount of issues the bed is very firm and needs a decent tipper or new mattress, the toilet flush button is not actually attached causing inconsistent flushes , windows are hard to open , bedroom light did not work , the television was not cable as advertised and in-fact the software is not supported anymore making it very difficult to access apps. From an accessibility point of view their is a lift to the flat just be aware that if you are in a wheelchair it is a very tight fit
