Located in walking distance to the university.
Calm and clean room, all facilities in good condition. Self-checkin via keybox was convenient. Property sent requested invoice immediately after request. Would definitely stay there again. Good price-performance ratio.

Location
unexpected low level of hospitality and treatment:
-For 8 nights stays, properties refused early check in by only 2 hrs due to early arrival flight unless extra charge to be paid.
-checkout time is 10 AM (abnormal at least for my experience)
-They sent me asking if I need help just before checkout and after a stay of 7 nights !!!!!
This was very strange and not proper at least in timing.
-entrance has bad smell.
-Lift light is not well maintained only one dim lamp is working.
-They send me message at last night before check out requesting somethings I already did because of my nature however they are not proper requests:
* to ensure all dirty utensils, plates, cutlery etc are all washed up
* to ensure all rubbish is placed inside the bins.
