Nice neighbourhood and location with plenty of parking lots

The apartment looks as shown in the photos, but nothing can compensate for the extremely strong and unpleasant smell of mold throughout the entire space. Even several days after leaving, all of our clothes and luggage still smell intensely, which is simply unacceptable. I honestly cannot understand how none of the previous reviews mentioned this, because if we had known, we would have never booked this place. We had to sleep with all the windows open, yet one person from our group kept coughing from the air and eventually chose to spend the night in the car, as the smell was unbearable. Additionally, the bathroom layout is very impractical. The toilet is positioned directly next to the shower cabin, and when sitting on it, your feet end up inside the shower space — something that should really be reconsidered in future renovations. Unfortunately, the severe mold issue cannot be overlooked or compensated by anything. This was a very disappointing stay for us.

The apartment was very clean. Communication was clear and easy. The host was kind enough to leave coffee in the apartment and an electric moka pot to use! The terrace is a great space, and this was a perfect stay for our family of 2 adults and 3 children! There were several restaurants within walking distance, and the house is very close to Historical Lucca. A quick 10-minute drive to the train station meant we were able to be in Viareggio in 20 minutes.

Everything was wonderful.

Quando siamo arrivati ci ha avvisato che la pompa di calore non funzionava quindi senza riscaldamento. Fuori ha piovuto due giorni e non faceva caldissimo.Per chi soffre il freddo può essere un disagio. Avvisare prima per questi problemi

Affitti Liana è un vero gioiello! L’appartamento è impeccabile, curato in ogni dettaglio e perfettamente pulito. Il proprietario è disponibilissimo, cordiale e sempre pronto a venire incontro a qualsiasi esigenza. Un soggiorno perfetto e altamente consigliato!

No era como las fotos. Edificación desgastada,Oscuro. Olía a humedad y a los 5 minutos mi esposa ya tenía rinitis. Cobijas viejas y se veían manchas. Preferimos no quedarnos y conseguimos un hotel exe de 4 estrellas por el mismo valor. No sé cómo tiene calificación de 9. Yo le pondría 6, máximo 7 y a un costo igual a hotel muy bueno. El señor muy atento y respetuoso pero la casa no vale la pena

Le calme, à 25 minutes à pied du centre. La terrasse. La cuisine bien équipée (il manquait juste un plateau). Les produits de toilette à disposition. La possibilité de se garer juste à côté.

RAS Une petite odeur d'humidité (mais il y a une "prise désodorisante" efficace).

Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man brauchte. Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und hat uns auch mitten in der Nacht problemlos empfangen. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Gibts nicht

Appartamento molto carino, molto pulito e caldo. Biancheria lavata perfettamente e letto della camera principale molto comodo. Sicuramente è un appartamento per 4 persone. L’host è molto gentile e preciso. Il prezzo è onesto e la posizione molto buona.

Forse il bagno che sicuramente era pulito e forse un po’ piccolino, ma se non si è in molti va bene.
