Pulizia di alcuni dettagli: spigoli dei sanitari sporchi (principalmente polvere). Alcune macchie di muffa sulle pareti intonacate adiacenti la doccia. Parete verso il corridoio comune poco insonorizzata.

Location and the host was helpfully

The location is superb. The place is cozy. There's everything you need. Comfortable table, chairs. Everything is in logical places. I think the studio is well-organized.

Only minor drawbacks: I think the mattress needs changing. It's a bit old and overused. The same about one of the pillows. The AC is a little loud.

Die Lage und der gute Kontakt zum Vermieter

Die Fotos haben wenig mit der Realität zu tun. Das ‚Appartement‘ ist super klein, abgerockt ein relativ schmuddelig und extrem dunkel. Die beiden Fenster gehen in einen kleinen, dreckigen Innenhof, man sieht keinen Himmel oder das Tageslicht, außerdem riecht es extrem nach den Ausdünstungen der Pizzeria, die unten im Haus ist. An ein Lüften ist nicht zu denken. Die Matratze ist alt und sehr ungemütlich. Das Zimmer hat zum Treppenhaus hin eine normale Zimmer-Holz-Tür, so dass man das Gefühl hat, dass Menschen, die im Treppenhaus sind, im eigenen Zimmer stehen.
