Excellent stay in Livorno! Helpful and friendly hosts, clean and spacious!

Excellent location in Livorno! Big and spacious. Close to restaurants and the port. Easy to walk to everything. We even had an issue with our rental car and we were a little bit late checking out, and got locked out of the apartment, but the owners were able to unlock remotely to let us in and grab our bags. We greatly appreciated this! Highly recommend!

Be aware that there are 2 flights of stairs (also an elevator but it doesn’t go all the way to the apartment).

Cozy and welcoming place

It was a perfect location for overnight stay before boarding on a ferry, close to the port, very clean with attention to the details, in a good neighbourhood

Value for money and the host is excellent.

The location was good with easy walking around and restaurants all around the apartment. The apartment is an older style and was very clean and value for money. The host was exceptionally kind and very responsive at all times. There is quite a few stairs to climb so it's not ideal for people with mobility issues, an elevator goes to a certain floor then stairs the rest of the way.

The access to the building and apartment was cumbersome and would be very difficult for visitors not tech friendly or without internet data as it requires an app to access. Also a concern for when apps are not working. The air dryer for washing clothes is not practical.

Wszystko było idealnie!

Podobało mi się wszystko! Lokalizacja, wystrój, rozmiar mieszkania, wyposażanie, wyciszenie. Najlepsza część Livorno a sama kamienica historyczna i dodająca pobytowi dodatkowego klimatu. W kuchni czekała na mnie kawa i paczkowane słodkości a w lodówce były dwie wody i mleko. Taki niezbędnik na pierwszy poranek, zanim ruszy się na zakupy. Gospodarza nie poznałam osobiście, ale był super responsywny na whatsappie!

Otwieranie drzwi linkiem z komórki może być dla kogoś utrudnieniem, ale nie musi, bo teraz nawet seniorzy są zdygitalizowani. Po prostu trzeba KONIECZNIE pamiętać żeby trzaskając drzwiami mieć telefon przy sobie. W przeciwnym razie trzeba by kombinować.

ausgezeichnete Lage im viel zu selten besuchten LIVORNO

ausgezeichnete Lage mit gebührenpflichtigen, aber erschwinglichen Parkplätzen in unmittelbarer Nähe, alles zu Fuß erreichbar, viele nette Bars und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar, auch zum Fährableger sind es nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto

wer kein Smartphone besitzt sollte besser eine andere Unterkunft wählen, zum Glück hatte meine Begleitung eines, denn nur so wird kommuniziert, wünschenswert wäre ein Wasserkocher, bzw. mehr als 1 Teebeutel für 2 Personen

Questo appartamento è stata una piacevole sorpresa!

Abbiamo passato una notte in questa struttura per la partecipazione a un concorso di Danza al teatro 4 Mori di una delle mie figlie. L'appartamento è un piccolo gioiello,in una posizione fantastica che ci ha permesso di muoverci comodamente a piedi sia la sera precedente per la cena che il giorno del concorso senza dover muovere la macchina (abbiamo trovato un posto libero nel parcheggio a pagamento proprio davanti al portone di casa,siamo stati molto fortunati! )🙂 Entrando siamo rimasti piacevolmente stupiti da come sono stati sfruttati gli spazi nonostante le dimensioni dell'appartamento siano limitate. Nell'appartamento abbiamo trovato tutto ciò che può servire,con una particolare attenzione ai dettagli (acqua e latte nel frigorifero,piastre per borse termiche refrigeranti nel freezer ,stoviglie di qualunque tipo, caffè ,condimenti vari e addirittura i calici per il vino!!) Per colazione fette biscottate e Nutella per le bambine e brioche alla marmellata per noi. Il bagno con vasca è davvero carino con una piccola lavatrice sicuramente comoda per i soggiorni più lunghi. L'accesso tramite il link ricevuto è stato davvero semplice sia per il portone di ingresso che per la porta dell'appartamento . Le indicazioni per trovare la porta dell'appartamento veramente dettagliate! Noi adulti abbiamo dormito nel divano letto davvero spazioso,mentre le nostre figlie nella stanza da letto dove hanno potuto godere anche della presenza di una seconda televisione(un successone visto che a casa ne abbiamo solo una!!) Rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero super!!!

Unica pecca,se proprio devo trovare un lato negativo,mancava lo zucchero,o per lo meno nel contenitore dove pensavamo potesse esserci lo zucchero c'era altro sale ....poco problematico per me visto che il caffè lo bevo amaro! E in ogni caso,non davamo per scontato che ci fosse,quindi non posso considerarlo nemmeno un lato negativo.

Un accogliente mansarda ben organizzata e completa di tutto

Un soggiorno davvero piacevole in Mansarda nel cuore di Livorno! L’appartamento, seppur piccolo, è ben organizzato e gli spazi sono sfruttati al meglio, senza dover rinunciare a nulla. La vasca da bagno è perfetta per rilassarsi e i pomelli in stile vintage danno un tocco chic al tutto. Ho apprezzato molto la presenza di una piccola lavatrice, comoda per soggiorni più lunghi. La cucina è completa e ben organizzata, con forno, microonde, 4 fornelli e un frigorifero molto capiente. Inoltre, l’appartamento è fornito di tutto il necessario, dal detersivo agli asciugamani, stoviglie, spezie, condimenti vari e persino latte, acqua, brioche e marmellata per la colazione! Un’attenzione ai dettagli che fa la differenza. Un plus incredibile è stato il camino, che il proprietario ci ha gentilmente lasciato utilizzare, creando un’atmosfera ancora più accogliente. A proposito, il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi nostra richiesta o domanda. Nota sulla zona: la sera non mi è sembrata la migliore, ho visto un tizio sospetto rovistare nei motorini parcheggiati, quindi consiglio di non lasciare nulla a vista in macchina. Tuttavia, ho trovato parcheggio facilmente in una via laterale a due passi, dove il parcheggio era gratuito, quindi un bel vantaggio! Un posto dove mi vedrei vivere, consigliatissimo per chi cerca comfort, calore e funzionalità!
