Small but nice pension with supermarket in the neighborhood.

Pretty much everything in this small pension.

The smell of the restaurant, but I understand that it is connected to the restaurant kitchen, and it's quite difficult to avoid it.

Affordable accommodation if you don’t mind taking bus rides to and from the city.

Adequate price for August as room rates in Salzburg during festival hit the sky. Something wasn’t functioning in our room, so the girl offered us upgrade to a much bigger fully equipped studio. Even though hotel is situated not in the centre of the town we had no problem of reaching opera venues. There is a bus stop nearby and it takes around 15 minutes to historic part of the city. There is an Indian restaurant on the ground floor of the building. During our stay the restaurant was closed.

Everything was okay. Yes, we could detect the smell of food inside of the building ( as other reviewers previously mentioned ) but not in the room so it didn’t bother us. Secondly. If you’re staying in Salzburg overnight hotels must provide you with guest mobility card. Since May 2025, this card will allow you to travel on all public transport When I ask about this card the lady told me that they don’t do this kind of service. ( by law you should receive it automatically at check-in at your accommodation, as it is included with your stay).

Llegué y nadie abrió, nadie respondió el teléfono. Me dejaron tirada y me hice con otro lugar. Lo he tenido que reportar con mi banco porque ni siquiera me han devuelto mi dinero. No lo recomiendo!!

Für einen Städtetripp nach Salzburg empfehlenswert.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Mit der kleinen Kochküche für unsere Zwecke ausreichend. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht empfehlenswert. Die Lage mit der Nähe zu Salzburg sehr praktisch und ruhig zu wohnen. Die kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit in direkter Nähe sehr gut.

Als Dachwohnung, wie erwartet, sehr warm.

Gar nichts,total abgelegen.Gastronomie lässt auch zu Wünschen übrig.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt in einem Wohnviertel. Nicht zentral.Würde ich auf keinen Fall mehr buchen..

Alles Top Sauber , eine eigene. KÜCHE und tolle Lage in Salzburg Waren heuer bei ELF25 einquartiert Nächstes Jahr wieder. 👍👍 Sehr nette Leute. DANKE

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Salzburg

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement à proximité d’un arrêt bus (13 minutes du centre/maison de naissance de Mozart). L’emplacement est également idéal du point de vue du stationnement puisqu’il est gratuit dans les rues adjacentes qui nous ont semblé plus sûres. Chambre spacieuse avec ventilateur nécessaire par ces chaleurs.

Points négatifs : la chambre n’est pas terminée (trous dans le mur) et l’interrupteur de la cuisine sort du mur avec fils apparents. Les oreillers sont trop gros à notre goût.

Preis/Leistung Verhältnis waren sehr schlecht. Es sollte zumindest alles funktionieren.

Es gab kein Frühstück.

Der Vermieter hat sich nicht einmal sehen lassen, Treppe zum Zimmer war sehr eng. Die Türen waren kaputt. Der Ventilator war kaputt und lief nicht, und das Zimmer war sehr heiß.

Verletzung der Privatsphäre

Extrem hellhörig, stinkt, keine Möglichkeit das Zimmer gut zu verdunkeln, aber das schlimmste ist, dass zunächst während ich geschlafen habe versucht wurde in die Wohnung einzudringen, während meiner Abwesenheit wurde die Unterkunft dann betreten/durchsucht.
