About this apartment rental
Set above the water in Opua, this elegant and spacious two-bedroom upstairs apartment is furnished with coastal themed décor. Enjoy the views, the sun and alfresco or bbq dining on the deck. There is a spacious master bedroom with King bed with walk in robe and a second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms can access the opulent Jack & Jill bathroom. The apartment features a Smart TV, Sky TV, WIFI. The downstairs "Landing" apartment is also for rental.
There is off street parking directly in front of the doors to the apartment for 1 car. It's a 100 metre walk to a general store, café and a restaurant.

The Boathouse is a stand alone property with two apartments, The Bridge and the Landing. While activity from the car ferry occurs during the day and early evening it stops at 9pm.
Access to the car ferry to Russell is on your door step. Paihia township is 5-8 mins drive away.
A baby porta cot is available on request.

We loved staying in Opua. It is quieter, low-key area, but 7 minutes away, by car, from Paihia. The windows and views are incredible! There is a little fish and chips shop that is really good a couple steps away. One thing of note: The ferry starts ramping up at 5:30 am, and shuts down at 10 p.m. While it is totally entertaining during the day, our friends staying in the second bedroom would hear it, as well as get a spotlight in the window. That said, the place was so good, it still gets a 10 rating!

Brilliant spot, really nicely appointed. Took my parents who are visiting NZ for the first time and this accommodation was a highlight in a great weekend. Will absolutely be coming again!
