Gorgeous apartment of 70 sqm, on the 6th floor with elevator, for up to 4 adults and 1 baby, with a sunny balcony and free parking.
In the heart of the 6th, the neighborhood is quiet, safe, close to everything (city center, park, all facilities), and ideally located for both on foot and motorized travelers.

Terrific area. Bars, restaurants close by. If you don’t mind walking, Old Lyon is about 25-30 min hike.

Great location and everything you need for a short term stay. Restaurants, grocery store, bakeries all within a short walk. Old town is about 20 minutes away by foot, far enough to get away from all the busyness but close enough to be convenient. Bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen well outfitted. Lisa was especially responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Everything was wonderful and comfortable at this apartment. The host is extremely helpful and readily available to provide assistance. The apartment is nicely decorated and has everything you need to cook at home. It is conveniently located a block from the grocery store and within walking distance of many restaurants and the Les Halles. The metro to all the sites is also within walking distance. This was our second stay here and we plan on coming back for a third. Lisa, our host, made this the perfect place to stay.

Although it presents well, we were 4 seniors in a place better suited for perhaps 2 younger people. There was no social area for 4 except a cramped pull-out dinner table with bar stools in the kitchen. The livingroom had a couch for two but the other 2 chairs were uncomfortable, and none as pictured. The balcony had seating for two. The location was good but an overall disappointment.
