Photos look good and the place looked nice overall inside but once we checked in, you notice a lot of issues when close up. We had issues during check in. The front door was stuck and would not open. Then the code would not work at the front door. The side door light was so dim, we could not see the keypad and felt unsafe. Luckily, the side door code worked.Upon entry and settling in, the inside was renovated and was organized but upon closer review, lots of cleanliness issues like hair in the bedding and pillows. Pillows also smelled and were not fresh. All fixtures in the bathroom were loose and falling off the wall. The 2nd shower in the laundry room off of the kitchen would not adjust beyond luke warm while other faucets and the main bathroom shower would get hot. With the maintenance issues and cleanliness, I am surprised for the value of the 150 cleaning fee.The kitchen was functional with a small table at the wall which was not large enough for our family to sit down together. The microwave exterior was not clean and sticky with residue. The floors are highly uneven across the single story with only further detracted from our experience and stay.Location was convenient for us near the University of Louisville and right of the highway, but the neighborhood was not one we would sell to around comfortably. Finally, I suspect there were warning signs of the overall quality and location with requests of the host for a copy of our drivers license and selfie with t
