This house was very charming. We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from UofL and it was a perfect house for our celebration. The backyard fire pit and outdoor areas were nice. From this location it’s an easy drive to UofL campus, Churchill Downs, downtown, Yum Center, and NuLu.

We stayed with our four children and had a wonderful experience! The house is clean and beautiful inside, with tons of special touches. It made for a great, relaxing vacation.

We had a great stay! Hosts were very easy to work with and communicated very quickly. We would recommend staying to anyone needing a home away from home in the Louisville area!

the host provided detailed and helpful communication regarding the home. the amenities were great, especially for our dog! the location does come with some street and city noises, as was expected, but overall a great spot.
