- Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Twin-over-full bunk bed (150 lb top bunk limit), perfect for kids or additional guests
- Additional Sleeping: Queen sofa bed in the living room

- Bathroom 1 (Main Floor): Private ensuite primary bath featuring a walk-in shower, modern vanity, and ample storage

The home is in a safe, urban neighborhood, conveniently located:
• A few blocks from I-65
• About 5 minutes from the airport
• Near a local firehouse
You may notice occasional city or airplane sounds when outdoors. Inside, noise is well muted, and every bedroom includes a sound machine to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
No Parties. Parties are defined as more than the number of guests in the reservation.
For added peace of mind, the exterior of the home is monitored by security cameras at the front door and back door. They are not in view of the hot tub. These cameras record video only and do not monitor any interior spaces.
