Our historic yet modern 6 bedroom, spacious three-story Victorian home, sleeps 16+ (14 bed options)! We're centrally located to all of Louisville's top spots. We have excellent reviews & we will continue to provide top-tier service! Three private parking spaces! Private furnished backyard with grill!

This was a great house for a bunch of coworkers as we worked a show at the Kentucky Expo Center. Plenty of space and lots of beds. Our biggest challenge was parking for multiple vehicles.

We enjoyed our stay. Faith was very responsive. The house is functional but a bit tired. The outdoor area is nice for sitting and talking.

We were in town for a robotics tournament being held at the convention center (between the airport and the house). The house was lovely, clean, attractive, versatile, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our diverse group. The commute to the convention center was easy, 15 mins if the traffic was heavy, 10 mins if not.The leftover food policy (if it's unopened and unexpired, then leave it, rather than throw it out) was excellent. It meant I didn't need to buy Mayo and Mustard for sandwiches, nor bay leaf and cumin, then throw them away 4 days later. LOVED that!!! Best food policy of any of the houses we've rented.Downtown and the YMCA are about 1 mile away. All in all, a great place. Nothing bad to say at all!!
