Check in and out was super easy and the host provided very detailed instructions. Most kitchen supplies were available for cooking and the dining room was an amazing space for our crew of 10. The kids enjoyed the 3rd story as their own suite. The decor in the house was amazing and we really enjoyed looking throughout the rooms at the small details. This property offers a fantastic location, close to all the local distilleries, making it perfect for exploring the area. The house itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering early check-in and late check-out without us even asking. Communication was seamless—responses were quick, and they were always easy to reach. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Staying at The Trifecta was perfect for our group. The style of the home was amazing. The property was located close to everything we wanted to do. The kitchen and bathrooms were the best stocked we have ever had. If we had a complaint, it would be that we had to get used to the low flying UPS planes at night. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends.

The home was extremely spacious and clean. It totally was a gem for our family. The host was delightful and extremely responsive. The only thing that was somewhat problematic was the noise. Between the trains, planes and cars it was tough sleeping at night. With that being said, I believe anywhere within the city is going to be difficult. Great safe place to call home for a few night when visiting Louisville.

There were 4 couples staying for the concert and some bourbon tasting. The house was very comfortable, clean, and spacious, and had all the amenities to make our stay pleasant. We loved it and would definitely stay there again!

This house was a perfect spot for a long weekend with friends. It is very clean, well appointed and a quick drive to downtown. There a a few walkable neighbor hood restaurants - we went to Old Louisville Tavern twice. A lot of thought has gone into making this home very welcoming and short-term stay ready.

The Trifecta in Old Louisville was the perfect location for our recent trip to Louisville. It was a great location and convenient to all the places we visited during our six day stay. The home was spacious, clean, comfortable and very well appointed. The host was quick to respond to our questions. I highly recommend this property and would certainly stay here again if we ever visit Louisville in the future.

Each year our group of 5 ladies take a long weekend trip. Louisville was our third one. We were lucky enough to get into one of the old mansions just outside of the main city. Location was perfect….close to the action, but far away enough too. The neighborhood was safe with street parking (our only challenge). There are 3floors, so if stairs are an issue this isn’t the place for you. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms a nice size too. Everything was clean and little extras tucked in everywhere. We spent much time at the large dining table. Due to the temps outside we were unable to enjoy the cute outside patio. Great place and good value.

Recently stayed the Trifecta with a group of buddies and we loved it. The house is huge and perfect for kicking back after a long day of bourbon tastings. It’s a 5 minute Uber to downtown and has some good hole in the wall bars right around the corner. I would definitely stay here again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying here with 5 friends. The home is located in Old Louisville which is very close to the airport and many other sites in Louisville. The central location also made it easy to travel to other areas of Kentucky that we visited outside of Louisvile. Jane, the Manager was a joy to work with and provided us with excellent and easy check in instructions as well as other useful information for the area. She was there to greet some of the first people to arrive and they said she was so friendly and kind. She even sent us suggestions during our stay of things going on in the area. I cannot say enough about how clean and comfortable this house was for us to stay in. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had plenty of plates and utensils for our use and everything was very clean. The only disappointment came when we had to leave this lovely home. We wish we had more time to stay.

We rented the house for my son’s wedding week for family to stay together. We travel frequently and we have never stayed in a home that was so well equipped with necessities and homey touches! Jane answered all of my questions. Wonderful experience, we will certainly be back.

What an incredible space. The house really feels like a home, so many wonderful touches and so comfortable. Never went wanting more, perfect location, with easy access to everything, restaurant recommendations were on spot and every night a great relaxing sleep. Sitting in the kitchen having a nice cup of coffee, was so comfortable, and so easy. I cannot recommend this enough, from its original charm to an iced my well appointed design, wonderful place to gather memories! The host was incredibly responsible and it almost seemed as though they anticipated my questions, every answer quick and on point. Would do it all over again.

The kids loved the layout of the home being three stories and the architecture and layout is beautiful. The layout was functional and we loved all that the place had to offer. Well stocked. Only downfall was the city living noise and parking was hit or miss but if you are used to city living it comes with the territory.

We had a girls extended weekend and stayed at the Trifecta. It was absolutely beautiful. Plenty of space for everyone, beautifully decorated and very clean. It is in a great location to many of the tourists spots so no long drives and a lot of restaurants near by. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Love this home! We had the best stay. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and have their own space. The home was super clean and there were lots of extra touches to enhance our stay. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and I loved the large dining table! The kitchen was well equipped to cook and eat-in, but there are also places within walking distance. The location was perfect as you could get all around the city, downtown, and the airport very quickly. The neighborhood felt very safe and was very walkable and street parking was always available. There is a fire pit on the back patio, but it was windy so we weren’t able to use it. Jane, the host, was super responsive and she gave me some recommendations for local events happening during our stay, which we really appreciated. I hope to visit Louisville again and will absolutely stay here!

Five Bedrooms ! Each of us ladies had our own room. We are high school friends for over 50 years on our yearly trip and this was the first time we each got our own room. Plus the house had a great room for us to gather and laugh and enjoy each others company. Huge dining room table, completely stocked kitchen, extra toiletries, Firepit and smores supplies which we were not able to use due to our schedule and were tired by the end of the day and just wanted to sit and talk and have some adult beverages together in the evening. St James Art show was just up the street. Food Tours and History Tours some in walking distance. We did a lot of walking but also had a car for tours to distilleries. This was a Great Location. Some of the girls heard airplanes overhead, but then some of us slept through it. Definitely would recommend this VRBO. The owner was very accommodating to us about changing our first reservation when something came up and we needed to change to a few months later, as well as any think we asked.
