Staff were very helpful, the location of the villa is fantastic however the alleyway to access the villa is too narrow for vehicle pick up, it's only suitable for motorbikes so you have to be prepared to drag suitcases to where a vehicle can pick you up.
The Villa's sun beds are great but are in the shade for 80% of the time, no good for anyone hoping to get a tan. As for the Gardens umbrella's, whilst they looked good, they got in the way and served no purpose.
The location and set up of the lounge area was disappointing, it meant the family sat at the main dinning table most of the time because it dominated the living space, noting that the plastic chairs were not very comfortable.
I would suggest scatter cushions to make the lounge and TV room more inviting, the bean bags were not used and took up far too much space.... (personal preference).
