The property was clean and beautiful and big! The beds were very comfortable and the showers were amazing! The whole villa was beautiful and Gede was amazing, so friendly and helpful.

Beautiful decor
This villa offers three bathtubs, but the water heater only provides enough hot water to fill one tub. When everyone returns to the villa at the same time, it’s impossible to take a bath simultaneously. Even after the hot water runs out, showering only provides cold water, and the water heater won’t refill for another two hours.
After complaining to the landlord, their attitude was poor. They claimed to be a top 100 villa in Jimbaran and said no one had ever complained about these problems before.
Good heavens! If you give us three bathtubs, you should give us hot water for all three. The villa doesn’t lack water, it lacks hot water, which means their water heater is inadequate and needs replacing. I cannot accept being scolded by the landlord for reasonable usage. After complaining through Booking.com, Booking.com and the landlord couldn’t reach an agreement. It seems the landlord is very arrogant and doesn’t believe there’s a problem with their water heater. Booking.com refunded 1,406,727 IDR in travel points. If you value a good bath, please avoid booking this villa.
