nice place but with some distruption

breakfast was not provided but thery had a app by the host to order . the paid breakfast was good . no complains

there was electricity and water disruption without any back up plan...wasted half day of us... also call to the host was not satisfactory... u are on holiday and stranded without water even for basic nature call.. we walked out to use restaurant washroom its kind of irritation during a holiday....

Bali family time

Welcomed by Koi fish. Our stay in the villa was wonderful, plenty of space for a family of 7. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. With 3 outside spaces, one of the ground floor and two upstairs, I have plenty of options for some me time or reading time. The staff were really friendly whether it's the household team or cooks. We really had a nice time.

Little note, the roof of the outside space upstairs needs a bit of TLC for rainy day.

It was a great experience and the villa was gorgeous, especially the pool.

Location was perfect, a 4 min walk to the beach. The villa was so beautiful and cozy we ended up hanging out there the most. We loved being able to use the grill for dinner and the pool was awesome

Absolutely beautiful villa in an ok location.

Noah’s villa is amazing! Large, beautifully decorated and equipped and luxurious. The pool area is beautiful and the bedrooms are lovely.

The property has no issues, however the beach it is located near is badly in need of a deep clean and tidy which is a shame given the quality of the villa. We had to go to other beaches to relax. We think however this is due to a few bad storms and hope it can be cleaned and reinstated.

The villa was lovely, extremely spacious and comfortable. We especially loved the pool which was great for little kids. Noah and his team were incredibly helpful and responsive (both before and during the trip). One night we booked the live bbq through the villa and it was amazing!

It took us a little while to familiarise ourselves with the area, but once we did there were plenty of great restaurants and other places to go.

A wonderful end to our first visit to Bali, 2 nights wasnt enough!

The Villa was beautiful, even better than the pictures! It was everything we had hoped it would be and Noah was a super host, easy to contact super helpful and helped us make our short stay very memorable! We wish we had spent more time here! We enjoyed a floating breakfast and a seafood bbq! Both were delicious and were provided by the most lovely people. We also explored Jimbaron Bay, lots of memories made in a short space of time! A lovely end to our first visit to Bali!

the villa is gorgeous and was definitely the highlight of our stay on Bali island. Everything is just like described, or even better. Our expectations were exceeded. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They come every day to clean the villa and pool.

The villa is amazing. Its big, clean and very luxury.Its really close to the beach and the sea food restaurants area. The staff is very positive and helpful and the complimentary laundry for the guests was a really nice surprise. Every minute out from the villa was wasted for us. We spent three amazing days in the villa and felt like at home! The villa is so beautiful, it has everything you need und you really feel like being at home. We liked that the villa's design was modern and new but with a Balinese touch. We also recommend the massage! The staff was very friendly and curteous. Noah the owner was so professional and helped us from the first day of booking with everything. We enjoyed also a very nice floating breakfast. Our son loved the Kois in the lobby and fed them every day. All in one if we come again to Bali we will surely stay in this beautiful villa again!

The sea next to the villa wasn't so nice. But with a taxi you can reach other nice beaches very fast. But we can recommend the fish restaurants!

The space is beautiful and cozy. As you enter the front door, you are surrounded by a Koi fish pond underneath your walkway to the main house. The villa is well equipped with all necessities such as oven, microwave, stove, Barbecue Grill and kitchen equipments. 3 of the bedrooms are very spacious and equipped with a bathtub in every single room. Love the living and kitchen area. Love the interior design and the lighting design of this villa. The pool is also a nice thing to have. The villa area is closed to the famous Kedonganan Fish Market (around 8 minutes to the Kedonganan Market by car). Noah was super helpful, informative and responsive prior and during our stay. He texted us 3 days prior our arrival to ask if we need anything during our stay. While we were at the Villa, he told us to contact him should we have anything we need during the stay. The staff, Lilis and Wayan were very friendly. They came to the villa to clean and the cleaning process was super fast and efficient so we did not feel bothered by it.

The villa is within a housing estate compound and to reach the villa you need to go inside the estate where it is gated with security personnel on guard. This is quite common in a housing estate compound in Indonesia. But it was not what I expected when I first did the booking. Lucky we had car with us throughout our stay in Bali so it is OK for us to go in and out into the villa.

Excellent, cozy and comfortable villa for the whole family in a quiet, secured area. Spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Large swimming pool with clear cool water. Five minutes from the beach with many restaurants serving fresh seafood. Special thanks to the owner of the villa, Noah, who personally answers the questions of the guests and is always ready to assist in order to make the stay at the villa as comfortable as possible.

Great stay and would highly recommend if you are looking in the area

Great place with excellent facilities. Daily serviced with clean towels etc and the house is well equipped with BBQ and a water filtration system. Immaculate and walk to seafood restaurants. The management team was extremely helpful and able to organize things for you very efficiently. The koi fish at the entrance top it off for the kids.

construction next door was a little noisy and group of workers made it less private than usual.

Prachtige plek voor een zorgeloze vakantie

Het is een prachtig huis, heel mooi ingericht, waardoor je je er gelijk thuis voelt. En wat een luxe dat er dagelijks wordt schoongemaakt en dat de was voor je wordt gedaan. Locatie beviel ook goed, minder toeristisch dan andere plekken.

De kussens op het achterste terras boven is aan vervanging toe, maar daar hadden we eigenlijk geen last van, want daar zaten we nooit

Une villa de rêve à Jimbaran

Très belle villa haut de gamme dans une résidence sécurisée, proche de la plage, des restaurants et des taxis. Un salon immense ave cuisine ouverte, 3 Chambres très spacieuses avec chacune grande salle de bain dont une avec terrasse au 1 er étage , une superbe piscine , ce fut pour nous un superbe moment pour terminer notre séjour balinais. Nettoyage quotidien par 2 personnes très sympathiques. Très bonnes assistance de Noah, notre hôte, qui nous a toujours informé avant et pendant notre séjour

沒附早餐，若加購早餐價格蠻高的，但是我們都在超市買吐司、雞蛋、火腿三明治等，所有餐具鍋子等都非常齊全。可以免費洗衣服只是我們住三天二夜就沒有。需要住四天三夜才有機會拿到衣服（因為第二天才能洗衣服，隔天才能拿到）
