Villa Bugis Seminyak

Very spacious , comfortable beds & very clean. The pool & outdoor kitchen/ bar area was fantastic .

A bit difficult to get to the beach

Large rooms with lovely beds and outdoor bathrooms with beautiful pool and garden.

Spacious, beautiful swimming pool, amazing location, pool table and yummy breakfast cooked by the chef every morning.

Mosquitoes

The breakfast offering was quite limited. On the 1st day, 2 young staff came, and yet did not serve breakfast until 30 mins after the requested time of 08:00. On the 2nd day, Chef Nyoman came with 1 staff and was totally in control. He also explained how we could order individual breakfasts from the different menus. On the 3rd day, Chef Nyoman came alone, but it made no difference, as he had everything in hand. On the 4th and final morning we ate out, because the menu was quite limiting.

The floor of the living room was dusty, it could be felt underfoot, and our socks were black. It should have been mopped before we checked in. On the 2nd day, there was lizard poop on the living room floor, so it could really have done with a daily morning mop down before breakfast. One of my sisters particularly wanted to have the villa room with a bath tub, but eventually did not choose to use it because she said it looked poorly maintained.
