We thought it was big, open and spacious. Excellent location, very handy to everything, although the property was close to the busy street it was still peaceful in the evening.
Some areas around the pool looked a bit tired. Parts of the bathrooms were also looking a bit tired, but they were fine and clean so not much of a worry.

Absolute perfection in a serviced villa with private pool. The lighting options in the whole villa are so thoughtful and deliver you a real choice in mood. Breakfast delivered to your room. The gardens are so lush and beautifully presented, with a carpet of frangipanis lining the walkway ( if you were early enough to beat the sweet gardener quietly sweeping them) Very secure and peacefully set back from the busy street. Not far walking distance to spa, shops and all Bali delights. Cars can be ordered right to reception for you which is ideal in the heat! Staff were very friendly and so helpful.
While the bathroom was amazing, with an enormous Roman bath, I’d really love a shower head that is adjustable and not the rain shower only option.

The comfortable bedrooms and the location. Staff were exceptional
The shower pressure was on and off. Extremely hot and cold regardless of moving the tap. The bathroom needed some TLC
