Super obiekt na pobyt we Wrocławiu, super wyposażenia, dosłownie niczego nie brakowało. Pralka,zmywarka, odkurzacz, środki czystości, klimatyzacja. Miłym zaskoczeniem upominek od właściciela. Bezproblemowe wejście do obiektu i wymeldowanie. Czyste, wyremontowane, naprawdę piękne mieszkanie, nie jak w części obiektów na wynajem remont i wyposażenie z najniższej półki byle tanio. Najczęściej krytycznie oceniam obiekty wynajmowane, ale tu szczera najwyższa ocena
Okoliczne budynki pozostawiają trochę do życzenia pod względem wyglądu i odczuć ale na to nie ma wpływu właściciel.

Wygodny apartament, gry planszowe jak i emulator gier z klasycznych konslo snes atari itp. wygodne łóżko, widok z balkonu ( piękne kamienice)
Informacja w ogloszeniu o darmowym parkingu " na terenie obiektu" ( dopiero szukając głębiej informacja zmienia sie na parking przy ulicy). Na czym mi zależało. Bardzo malo miejsca do parkowania w uliczce za obiektem a gdy wrocilem w nocy chęć zaparkowania osiągnęła lvl HARD.
