The best location in the Kennebunks! This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom unit is situated right in the heart of Dock Square! Step out your door to visit the restaurants, shops, and cafes. The walk to the beach in under a mile and all sidewalks. There are 2 parking spots and a staircase to get to this private 2nd and 3rd floor unit. Inside you will find an open concept dining room, kitchen, and living room stocked with games, ample kitchen supplies, and a smart tv. Both bedrooms on the 2nd floor have a full bathroom en-suite. Upstairs you will find 2 additional bedrooms. Washer/dryer in unit. Beach chairs, beach towels, linens and towels provided!

Absolutely fantastic trip! The house was perfectly located.We could walk to town and to the beach. The floorplan of the house was perfect for 2 families. The deck and grill made dinners a breeze. Our host (Paige) was very helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again!

We planned a 4th of July girls trip to Kennebunkport and could not have selected a better lodging option for our group of 6! The location couldn't be beat - incredibly walkable to everything - restaurants, coffee shops, shopping. We really appreciated the beach/town parking passes! Comfortable beds with charming decor. Paige the property manager was incredibly friendly, responsive and even allowed us to check in early. We can't wait to come back.
