    I had a Great stay !! Very thing was Clean and the Security Lady and the Ladies in Front were so friendly …location is in the Heart of Town so everything close by and UBer will cost you less then R50 depending on where you are going thou ….but I will definitely come back

    Our experience was absolutely terrible from the moment we arrived. We waited over an hour just to check in, which was completely unacceptable after a long journey. When we finally reached the reception desk, the front desk staff were unprofessional. There was no greeting, no apology for the excessive wait, and no effort to make the situation better. To make matters worse, we were then told there was no parking available and that we had to park on Strand Street and walk back to the property. This level of service is simply unacceptable. Unfortunately, things only got worse. After finally receiving our room key and making our way to the apartment, we discovered that the apartment allocated to us was already occupied. We unknowingly walked into someone else's apartment, invading their privacy because the staff failed to allocate the correct room. This was embarrassing, distressing, and completely avoidable. I am disgusted by the level of service we received. Our stay was ruined from the very beginning, and I will never return. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I also intend to take this matter further, as this experience was completely unacceptable. This accommodation was definitely not worth the money. Even if the stay were free, I would never choose to return.
