Great stay overall.

I liked the location as the place is centrally located, near all facilities that I was visiting during my stay. The aparthotel is also well equipped with everything i needed including an iron box.

My room was facing a street that had a bus stop, sometimes a bit noisy.

It truly is a beautiful and well-maintained property, and the staff were very friendly.

The location is in the city center which is central to most tourist attractions

There is one concern I would like to bring to your attention. The windows are not double glazed, which unfortunately results in a lot of noise pollution from the streets. This had made it quite difficult to get a decent night's sleep, as the noise was quite disruptive. I would appreciate it if you could look into potential solutions for this issue as I wouldn’t mind using the property again in the near future. Perhaps double glazing the windows or exploring other noise-reducing measures could help improve the overall living experience at the property. Grateful though for accommodating my request to move to a quieter room.

Pleasant stay but needs a bit improvement in the reception passage and staff

Did not book breakfast but the place is in a central place in the CBD

Very limited parking so you have to park your car in the main road for the whole night. No staff to assist so I had to wait a bit for the reception to come back from attending to another room.

The location was very good. The beds were comfy.

There was No Hot Water for the entire duration of our trip! And they took soo long to make the rooms up and even when we´d come back in the afternoon the beds were still not made. But not having hot water during our stay was the worst.

wonderful stay

My stay at HAVN Aparthotel was wonderful. The location is excellent — right in the heart of the city, with coffee shops, small food outlets, and convenience stores just a short walk away. Uber access was easy, the train station was also within walking distance, making the area well-connected. The overall vibe was great, and the area felt safe during the day. I did avoid going out late at night as advised by locals, but the hotel security was attentive and kind, always keeping an eye on things. A comfortable and convenient place to stay — highly recommended for visitors to Cape Town!

Although the pillows were very comfortable — better than in many hotels — the mattress felt quite firm and not as comfortable as I expected. That was the only downside of my stay.

Location was perfect for our training sessions as it was next to our training venue. In addition the receptionist Anna-Lisa(i hope i got the name right) was very lovely and helpful. The property had security personal around all the time ensuring our safety was never compromised.

The wifi only works when you are inside your room, once you step out but still within the property, it gets disconnected.

The location is excellent, with the convention center just a 10 mins walk away. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The neighborhood feels safe and pleasant. they have nice small kitchen in the room where you can make something for yourself and best thing is cleaning even they clean the kitchen and everything which is perfect. my floor was 9th which has very good view. all staff ius very cooperative and ver best thing that you have access on web which you checkin and tellthe staff on app.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. On the day I checked in, they even upgraded my room after I raised concerns about the initial one, which had some maintenance issues.

It was a bit noisy at night, which made it difficult to rest. Unfortunately, the officer who checked me in only registered my stay until the day before my actual check-out date. As a result, when I returned to my room, my key card could no longer access it. I believe this may have been an oversight during check-in, but the receptionist on duty at that time was not as friendly in assisting me. Additionally, I had informed the venue in advance that I would be celebrating my birthday during my stay. However, I did not receive even a simple birthday message, which left me quite disappointed.

Low price and good value if you are okay with the location.

It was clean, good value, very comfortable, I liked the self service laundry. The kitchen was adequately equipped, and the hot water was hot.

The location. When I called for an Uber, one time the car came to the (closed) loan shop formerly known as Pow Wow on St. George Mall, another time it came to the back entrance on Adderley St. And there are no good eating places nearby. Also, several people advised me not to go out alone at night in the neighborhood.

Location location location. It’s a stone throw from everything you need in the CBD. Very clean.

The parking situation is a mess. You have to park two-three blocks away from the apartments and pay an overnight fee of R145 for parking. The drop off and check in situation is also quite dicey if you are driving your own vehicle because the entrance of the apartment is a clamping zone.

The second night wasn't so great because down the corridor at where we were staying there were some youngsters who were drinking all night, and they were making a noise. But other than that, the place was good.
