Some of the best hospitality staff I've encountered.

Pool area being next to the restraunt and bar is a great touch. Pool was lovely and so was the room but the best part was the staff, who were all incredibly polite and couldn't do enough to help you.

Value for money for a quick stay over few hours.

It was just a few hours stay over before catching the plane to the airport. The hotel is nicely situated with good access to food outlets and some shopping areas.

The hotel doors and corridors look a bit old and could have done some improvement with the lighting at the reception area for people to feel more welcomed.

Perfect location, amazingly friendly and helpful staff

Staff was AMAZING. So friendly and helpful. They helped consolidate a couple reservations into one room so we would not have to switch rooms halfway through, without any issue. Pricillia (sp?) always made our mornings brighter with her smile. The laundry service was the best we’ve had in over 60 countries worth of hotels we’ve stayed at. The location was perfect, close to everything. Wish we could have stayed here longer.

Will I stay at Cresta Grande Cape Town?? NO NO NO!!

It was a late night check in, the staff who received me was exceptional. He was super kind (I don't remember his name). Thank you!

But the next morning, when I asked to extend my stay in the same room, another male staff was so rude. He was quoting triple the amount, and said maybe I should book it via Booking.com. I ended up checking out. Thank you for that, because I found a Holiday Inn that was walking distance to the Green Market and many other cool sites!! So, it worked out in my favour.

Tired and disapointed...wasted weekend

When we left

Did not sleek a wink room 1316 were not soundproof as club music kept us awake untill after 4 am. The the cars start racing...money wasted. Couple break disaster

Very good choice, would get back there

I liked almost everything. The staff was great and extremely polite, the breakfast was very rich and the room big. Nice desk to work, comfortable bed, big bathroom, window with view to the business center. I also tried the restaurant 2-3 times and was good. Is a value for money choice and I enjoyed my stay there. Well located in the city-center. Would get back definitely.

The gym could be better equipped. The location is a bit noisy, there is a bar by the corner which stays open until late and could hear the music from the room. The hotel isn't responsible for the bar of course.

Bed was comfortable

The fire alarms went off on a few floors during my stay but we were not notified of repair work. Many of the guests were confused about the alarm and went to the reception including me, only to be told there was nothing to worry about.

My only dislike was with the SA government, the hotel is in the CBD which is not particularly safe in CPT (especially at night) but this is not the fault of the Hotel. I would have wanted to explore the Hotel environs.

I was not told about the breakfast being included, After all the stays this is the first time I had to pay for parking, the cleaning lady entered before 9 while I was still in bed, only 1 toilet roll was in the bathroom.
