Perfect in terms of location

The location and the apartment layout.

The lifts too forever The staff weren’t always the friendliest and didn’t response quickly to maintenance issues (we had problems with our aircon and had to call down at least 4 times until someone came) Very small pool and not a sun trap

The staff was unprofessional,had to wait at the reception for almost an hour after my check in time waiting for something that could not be explained to me. Lifts are a hussle, security would leave their posts unattended and we couldn't go out as they need to open for us and the breakfast is terrible.

They don't clean the room in time and it's said the iron and hairdryer are included in the room while booking and it was false information because you have to call them to bring it while they bring it after an hour and it's very inconvenient ...and their breakfast its bad

There was some really weird noise at night and the elevator takes time to show up. You could wait for it for almost 30 minutes. The towels are not clean & they don’t change the bedding as often.

It was a lovely place to stay and access to other facilities was easy

1) The view and security in place

1)Kindly ensure there is a designated surface for placing the bags. 2) The lighting at the cooking facility can be improved. It’s a bit dark

Good Hotel stay, but CAPE TOWN IS UNSAFE!

Hotel room was very modern looking. Staff helpful and security within the building was very safe. Walking to the included breakfast location was fine - a short walk that the staff escorts you on the first morning to show you the location. Breakfast was excellent-eggs to order the way you like them, fresh fruit, yogurt, sautéed mushrooms, beans, sausage and bacon.

Cape Town is an unsafe town for the average traveler. Need to know exactly where the boundaries are for safe versus unsafe areas (one block outside the safe area, thieves are waiting for you)- Cape Town needs to do a better job marking this (could provide tourist safe zone maps) and preventing "petty" crime. High incident for mobile phone robberies-we were pushed to the ground and robbed of our phones; local police are not helpful. We met another traveler at the iPhone store who was also robbed of her phone that same day. Heard of prior incidences where 2 male travelers were pepper sprayed and robbed of their phones.
