とても清潔で、部屋数も多く、4家族が快適に過ごす事ができました。リビングも食事スペース、ゲームスペースなど分けてくつろぐことができました。
人数の割に無料駐車場が1台しかなかったのが残念でした。徒歩3分というのも。近くのコインパーキングに後の車は停めましたが…

ロケーションが良かった、テレビが大きかった、ゲームが出来た、喫煙場所があったこと

奈良公園や興福寺などが近く、ロケーションがよかった。
周囲に飲食店もたくさんあり、食事にも困らなかった。
清潔で過ごしやすかった。
洗濯機と乾燥機、洗剤もあり、とても助かった。
前日に送っていただいた駐車場の名前が、駐車場の看板には書いておらず、探すのに時間がかかった。最終的には、車止めに「華ならまち」と書いてあるのを見つけ、やっと駐車出来た。
カーテンがなく、隣家が丸見えのところがあった。

人数が多かったので一棟貸しはすごくありがたいです！
子供達がまだ小さいのでホテルだと少し気を使うところがありますがこちらは家にいるようにできるのですごくよかったです！
次、奈良に来る際はまた利用したいと思います！
玄関がガラス張りなので外から見えるのが少し不安でした。
一応、暖簾はありますが大丈夫かな？と、、
