The location was good - just a couple of blocks from all the best things in downtown. Despite some issues, our host was very responsive and willing to help as best as possible.
The facility/apartment complex itself was not spectacular in any way. The floors/carpet in the hallways are in desperate need of replacement. Walking to our room and noticing several doors that looked as though they had been forced in did not give a great first impression (after one of the elevators wasn't working and the other reminded me of a padded cell) The lack of hot water in the shower made it difficult for 4 adults to get ready each day. Maintenance did come however the problem was never resolved during our stay. It was not ideal in anyway - good enough i guess for a place to sleep but unless the complex gets a facelift and the mattresses replaced - I would not recommend
