I liked that the price was reasonable for a downtown apartment rental.
The property is located in a nice place downtown close to everything whether you choose to walk, drive or take an uber. I wish there was a gym at this location, there is a pool but it was not open.

The location is superb and central to everything. I stayed here, moving my son into his college dorm; which was 5 min away.
The building is very dated and there’s no HVAC control. I didn’t know this prior to booking, and was extremely upset about this. I have awful allergies, so central air is vital. The day was smoldering, but luckily it was 30 degrees that night; we were able to crack a window.
