Lovely, convenient apartment for remote working or holiday stay.

The accommodation was exactly as the pictures showed. It was super clean and really tidy. The apartment was conveniently located to shops and the high street.

We all found that the bed and couch were too soft, maybe a replacement would be good.

Great flat for family stay visiting son at uni. Access to trams into city and close to university.

Very enjoyable. I would recommend this apartment for up to 4 people.

Cleanliness, spacious, good quality finishes. Good Location. Parking space for the flat (don't think they advised that in the description but suggest they should). Oven, hob, micro wave and washing machine all easy to use.

Hand wash dispensers in each bathroom but nothing in them. No electric fan for warm nights. When I messaged to ask if they could provide one, they said no. So I bought one myself from the local Tesco. Definitely needed in the recent heatwave.

Perfect location and Beautiful spacious 2 bedrooms.

We loved the apartment. Very bright and comfortable as well equipped. Perfect for our family stay. It was all we needed. Great & Quick communication with the managers.

Two negative points only. Two Hand towels only for 5 people we found it very strange and only wished we could have known before traveling and we would have taken our own from home. They offered to bring more for an extra amount which we experienced strange as everywhere in the world there is always one full set per person. That’s the normal. We requested 1 extra hour to check out at 11 instead of 10am as it was raining and our flight wasn’t until 3pm. We were told we had to pay also extra for that. We don’t see any difference per one hour and could have been a great customer service to compensate the towels matter. We manage over 50 units in tenerife and travel the world. We provide full customer service at no cost Never seen this before. But it’s the only negative points the rest was perfect.

Good place

The flat is cozy, well-maintained, and located in a great area. The property managers and staff are highly responsive, making the stay even more pleasant. I would definitely visit again. However, it would be even better with a few additional utensils and toiletries provided.
