Very clean, nice decor. App was brilliant and plenty of communication in advance. Bedrooms had a desk and lots of storage space.
Even though the house sleeps 4, there was only 2 places to sit and eat, plus there was only one sofa to sit on in the living room. I spend the whole time sat on the floor and we had to take turns to eat at the breakfast bar. The single beds were difficult to get into and the matresses go below the bed frame when you get into bed, which caused some pretty interesting bruises on my thighs! No instructions for using the heating.

There was no bathroom upstairs
One of the single bedrooms had a rather difficult bed to get into and could not close the bedroom door

The house suited us well - located nearby to the sports facilities and university that was the focus of our trip.
It was clean and the beds were comfortable.
It was easy to access and everything worked (the shower stopped working just at the end of the stay, but the owners were going to attend to that quickly)
It is a very busy and noisy road
The bathroom is on the ground floor, through the kitchen
The house is pretty well equipped, but sparsely
The driveway is exceptionally tight, which could easily be rectified
The back garden is a bit of a mess and not very well kept
