3 Bed House with King Size bed near Uni and QMC

Very clean, nice decor. App was brilliant and plenty of communication in advance. Bedrooms had a desk and lots of storage space.

Even though the house sleeps 4, there was only 2 places to sit and eat, plus there was only one sofa to sit on in the living room. I spend the whole time sat on the floor and we had to take turns to eat at the breakfast bar. The single beds were difficult to get into and the matresses go below the bed frame when you get into bed, which caused some pretty interesting bruises on my thighs! No instructions for using the heating.

There was no bathroom upstairs One of the single bedrooms had a rather difficult bed to get into and could not close the bedroom door sorry this should be in the next box

The house suited us well - located nearby to the sports facilities and university that was the focus of our trip. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was easy to access and everything worked (the shower stopped working just at the end of the stay, but the owners were going to attend to that quickly)

It is a very busy and noisy road The bathroom is on the ground floor, through the kitchen The house is pretty well equipped, but sparsely The driveway is exceptionally tight, which could easily be rectified The back garden is a bit of a mess and not very well kept

1. Location - only 15 minute walk to loads of eateries on the Beeston high street, the tram at University Boulevard and the University of Nottingham campus. 2. Facilities - great to have all the kitchen facilities including a washer/dryer which really helped. 3. Hosts - helpful and communicative when needed. 4. Heating and hot water - very efficient boiler which gave us hot water and heating very quickly. If you use a Hive this will be easy to work.

Being an older property there are a few issues to consider: 1. Staircase - The stairs have tiny treads compared to modern houses so big feet will struggle but there is a substantial bannister. 2. Location - despite being close to facilities, the road is noisy and busy until late at night. 3. Driveway - it is narrow and tricky to get onto the drive, but there are gaps in the traffic flow which allow you to stop and reverse. It didn't help that there was an estate agent sign up which narrowed the drive even more! 4. Bathroom - downstairs and very small, plus there was a leak from the toilet waste pipe.
