Superb villa in a fantastic location.

What a great villa in a great location if you're playing hockey....(or going to the tennis or anything in Nottingham) It's walking distance from the pitches as well as so close to the tram stop for visits into the city centre or to local shops or to visit team mates in other places. Having your own car parking space at the front is brilliant. The villa itself is extremely comfortable. All 3 bedrooms are spacious, well furnished and have very comfy beds. 2 bathrooms makes it so easy to use. The decor throughout is modern, themed and very tasteful. The 2 big sofas, extra chairs and the 6 seater dining table were perfect, suiting all our needs. The kitchen is very well equipped in all ways, for cooking, food storage or just reheating a takeaway. Having a separate tumble dryer as well as a washing machine is luxury.! As it was so warm, we used the outside patio for morning breakfasts and evening drinks.

A lovely place to stay whilst visiting Nottingham

The property is exactly as described and is clean, & comfortable, TV, excellent wi-fi, with an outside seating area, The kitchen is very well equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer & coffee machine. Nothing has been overlooked with coffee pods, tea, sugar, coffee, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, hand soap, shampoo & shower gel all provided along with lovely bath & hand towels. A table & chairs outside provided a nice place to sit & relax with a drink in the sunshine. Our host Mark was very attentive & responded to any queries quickly, many thanks Mark, we really did enjoy our stay. Only a couple of minutes walk to the tram stop into the City, next to the tram stop is Highfield Park, with a lovely walk around the lake, croquet lawns, crazy golf, cafe, small theatre & gallery. We also walked into the City by the side of the Nottingham Canal, a coffee stop on the way & a lovely pub The Navigation, situated by the side of a lock where you can sit and watch the narrow boats moving up or down the canal whilst having a drink & something to eat. There is plenty to see in the City & lots of places to eat & drink be it meals, snacks or just a drink.

Convenient location for Warhammer World as that's the reason we came up as my husband was gaming all weekend. Lovely spacious house, kitchen was great with lots of mod cons. Bedrooms were huge. Very clean throughout Very close to the tram line which was great Parking space was an added bonus Very responsive to queries and check in information

A bit noisy from the tram running late at night Heating was set automatically, so did become quite hot at times. Overall, a great stay!

Exceptional

Jasmine Villa, is a fantastic place to stay. It's warm, clean and comfortable and the tram stop is just around the corner. We were attending a concert in the city centre and it was so easy to get the tram to and from the venue. It was lovely to meet Mark when we arrived, and all communication before arrival was great and dealt with very quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property - you get the whole house with 3 double bedrooms; comfortable beds, extremely well appointed kitchen with sufficient washing facilities (incl dishwasher and washing machine) provided, great location to Uni campus (20 minutes walk to the East Midlands Conference Centre) and centre of Nottingham via tram. Owner very helpful with check in communication. One small parking space outside the house but additional free street parking between 5pm and 9am.

I stayed during a mild spell in November and the heating was a bit too high for my liking but I wasn’t in the house much and I didn’t want to fiddle with the controls. Better than being too cold! Also the water was a bit noisy in the radiators, but really this is a minor thing. Also the nearby tram was noisy from quite early in the morning, but they didn’t run all night.

Perfect stay

Villa was large and spacious - perfect for a family of 4 across the 3 bedrooms. Photos on the site are very accurate... rooms are large and decorated with a consistent theme and colour. The kitchen is great - all the expected appliances and a lovely selection of crockery, utensils, pots and pans. A few tea/coffee making bits came in handy along with the shower gel. Beds were comfy (linen provided and beds made) and towels were nice. Location was perfect for visiting our daughter at the uni and hopping on the tram into the city. Handy being able to park on the front of the property. Great communication from the owners before and during our stay. We wouldn't hesitate in staying here again. It really was a perfect place to stay over.

clean, modern and spacious! comfy beds, large fluffy towels and fully stocked kitchen! XL uber into city centre was approx £10 and took about 10 mins, I asked lots of questions ahead of our stay and Mark always replied quickly and was very helpful! thank you

a downstairs loo would be handy but understand this is something in the pipeline for this property!

Great stay at Jasmine A!

Great stay- very clean and convenient for a wedding we attended at Woollaton Hall. The host had great communication and the house had everything we needed such as kitchen facilities, a comfy living room and an outdoor space. Very easy to check in and convenient. Would stay again and reccomend to others.

Nice apartment with plenty of space, good for short stay

Kitchen appliances all good quality.

Bit miffed that a few months after booking an additional cleaning charge was added on. It wasn't spotless when we arrived (a few dead insects on the floor and windows). By this point we had turned down alternative accommodation. Area also a bit rough - quite loud after pubs closed - heard a couple of fights in nearby streets.

spacious, comfortable, great location small Bluetooth speaker was a nice touch to listen to music . Host was informative and quick to respond to any questions
