Lots of space for our family
Mould. Bathroom could do with a refurb and put in an extractor fan to help otherwise would be good to get a dehumidifier in to help and would happily turn on during the stay to help prevent mould

Location was very good. Well situated for the university and/or catching the tram to Beeston for dinner.

House is located brilliantly for the hockey centre. Tram stop v close to the house was really useful. Huge Tesco for supplies was only 15 minute walk / 3 min car drive. Beeston High Street offered a range of coffee shops, takeouts etc. Bedroom sizes were v good and excellent clean linen was provided. House was really well equipped in the kitchen. Clean throughout. Good off road car parking spaces. Excellent property. We will be using again. Great communication throughout by the owner.
