Wonderful and cosy

Erica is a wonderful host, the property looks exactly as shown on the pictures. Facilities were great, clean and spotless. Both garden and the entire house are beautiful. Amenities and transport are all within 5 minutes walk! Will definitely be booking again and I highly recommend this place!

A perfect place to stay for our son’s graduation as well as a base to Explore Nottingham city and the lovely Beeston Mar

The property was exceptionally clean and tidy and exactly as advertised.ideally located to get to the university as well as getting the tram into central Nottingham.Ample parking for 2 cars. Our host Erica gave us explicit information and followed this up to ensure we had arrived safely and had all we required.

The house is big and welcoming, as well as the location and the quickness of the area, next to the Tram stop and highfields park.

No mixer in the bathrooms washbasin.

Location great and villa was ideal for our purposes

Location was great for the hockey pitches at Beeston where we were playing in an international masters tournament.

Lack of washing machine was inconvenient as we were playing daily therefore required fresh Hockey kit. House could have done with some TLC but suited our needs

Clean and comfortable house. Location great, easy to get to Beeston and Nottingham on the tram.

Locaation was great. Close to the tram stop for Nottingham and Beeston. Walking distance to Beeston and a lovely park. Very comfy beds and plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 children.

There was some noise at night from the road.

Thank you Erica for this beautiful, spacious and very clean property, so close to all amenities and places of interest! Great that you painted the main entrance door in a highly recognisable shade! The kitchen is well equipped too and living room has a cosy dining space. Great patio and private garden and parking, very useful as it is a residential parking street only. Tram stop is 2 mins by foot, so very conveniently, what not to like?

Dobre vybavený dom s pohodlnými posteľami a príjemnou majiteľkou.

Domček bol ako na fotografiách, zariadený, útulný. Zaujal ma výhľad do záhrady a dobrá dostupnosť do centra. Postele boli pohodlné, voňavé, uteráky mäkké. Kuchyňa bola vybavená na prípravu jedla, chýbala umývačka. Kuchyňa bola v prístavbe (veľmi sme nevyužili), dostatok reštaruácií v okolí. Riešili sme ochladenie počasia a potrebu viac zohriať dom - veľmi rýchla odpoveď aj ponuka, že to doriešia osobne. Pani Erika komunikovala rýchlo, príjemne.

Pri dverách do kuchyne bolo zabudnuté vedro so špinavou vodou a mop. Nepokosený pozemok (som alergik), ale bolo to zakvitnuté, takže vzhľadovo príťažlivé.
