Comfortable, clean and convenient

Well appointed and modern with thoughtful extras like the tea/coffee station, washing machine. The bed was very comfortable and everything was in good working order in the bathroom and kitchen. It was spotlessly clean and plenty of supplies left to keep it so. It is also very well situated for walking to shopping, bus and tram, and the train station. It is in a quiet location with quiet neighbors. Dealing with the agent Katrina was easy and a pleasure.

I love this house! I will come back staying here next time! It felt like a home away from home.

The host is super friendly and welcoming. The accommodation feels like a home, offering all the essentials, which is a huge plus compared to a hotel!

The apartment is great, but one downside is the stairs - it's on the 2nd floor, so we have to climb up with our luggage. Otherwise, it's a great space, just a bit inconvenient when carrying luggage. However, I think it is very common in the UK.

This was surely our favourite rental place in many years and places of renting.

Plenty of choices for coffee and tea in the apartment, as well as biscuits and snacks. Excellent communication with owner. Wonderfully clear directions for getting into apartment. Beautiful furnishings. Everything very clean and signage helpful. Generous supplies.

Can't think of anything--except perhaps a sign on the door for refuse bins. We walked past it a couple of times, thinking we had to walk a "city block" rather than just to the end of the building! It was actually very well organized and easy to use.

I guess it’s a UK thing to check in at 3 pm and check out at 10 am. The just was kind enough to let us leave our bags in the apartment while the cleaning was in progress. That helped, thank you. The 10 am checkout is stiff IMHO Yes, we knew about it .. but lugging up suitcases over two floors is a bit of a weight training exercise 😁

Relaxing, quiet and enjoyable, we will be returning.

Good communication with the host and having parking made our visit relaxed, the extra special touches went down a treat. Good location for Beeston Centre, everything you need in the flat, overall a great property.

A fabulous, comfortable place to stay.

The host sent friendly and informative messages. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with a welcome gift. The kitchen was modern and there was a varied selection of teas and coffees to choose from. The main area was spacious and airy. The king size bed was amazingly comfortable and it was mainly quiet at night. It was nice to have the option of a bath and not just a shower as is often the case. The location of the property is great within easy walking distance of the town centre and Nottingham is easily accessible by bus, tram or train. We had a fabulous stay here and will definitely stay again in the future if it is available.

Lovely clean and tidy spacious accommodation.

This immaculate accommodation is in the perfect position within Nottingham to get around. Close to the trams, cinema, supermarkets and University of Nottingham. A very well equipped spacious flat which my son said felt 'nice and homely'. The parking space was a big bonus for us as well. The communication from the owner was great and they were quick to respond to any questions or queries we had. We would definitely go back again.

A long stay in an excellent apartment

Excellent apartment, very modern, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for us, near the university, steps away from the tram, the supermarket and restaurants. We receive from Katrina cordiality, punctuality and efficiency. We return to Uruguay very happy, thanks Katrina.

Cannot recommend highly enough and will be my first choice when next in the Nottingham area

All details for finding the property and how to enter we provided from Katrina so service was first class. Property was excellent with everything you could need for a really comfortable stay and lots of local amenities which were provided to us which makes it simple for someone new to area. Beds are super comfortable and property has everything for you to stay in and relax and cook or go out. Plenty in do and see in very short walk. We were at Nottingham Tennis Centre and one mile away so will definitely be back
