We have stayed in a lot of properties during our frequent visits to Nottingham in the last 6 months and this was by far

Fantastic property, excellent if needing a base while visiting Nottingham.

Fantastic little property, so much space and all the bedrooms are a good size, parking on the street for over the weekend was easy to find but a little difficult during permit hours if you have 2 cars as no public car parks nearby (closest was 15/20 min walk away I believe). Property has clearly been done up to a high standard, beds were a little on the firmer side which I didn't personally enjoy but others in the group didn't mind so definitely just a case of personal preference! Tram stop for city centre right round the corner so was nice and easy to get into the centre and back when needed. Property was also in a nice quiet area, we weren't disturbed by any outside noise at all. The house does have a nice garden and outside area as well which unfortunately we couldn't use due to weather but I imagine would be lovely in summer. Communication from the host was excellent! Would definitely stay here again when visiting notts in future :)

In certain rooms it felt a little echoey as it was reasonably plain decoration wise which wasn't a problem (as it looked neat and tidy and wasn't crammed with random decorations) did mean there was little to no noise absorption though so we just felt at times we were being louder than we were. Oven gloves would be handy, felt bad needing to use the tea towel to take things in and out of the oven! Place was perfect other than that though :)

Comfortable stay in lovely property very well located.

The property is clean, bright, fresh, airy, comfortable, well appointed and so well located. It was perfect for what we needed it for and the owner permitted us a late check out which made such a big difference to us.i definitely plan to stay again. It had everything we needed and more.

We had an excellent stay. Everything exactly as described. Sachets of milk, coffee & tea were a plus

The location was close to Nottingham University, which is where the graduations were held, which was our purpose for staying in that area. The kitchen was very well-equipped, so we made full use of it.

Nothing really. the rental was exactly as described. It was, however, difficult for friends who popped by to park at the location without a permit. They parked at a car park located in the area instead.

Property was clean and had everting you needed, location was perfect for us as needed to be near the hockey centre but also very easy to get around using trams

Great place to explore Nottingham

the location is great, so close to the university and the tram straight into the city centre. The inside was very clean and the kitchen well equipped with enough tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets to last us the entire stay.

The staircase is quite steep which could be a problem for older guests and the wifi could be a bit erratic. But these are both minor issues

Location good. Walked to Motorpoint arena and also town centre. Took about 45 minutes. Right next to tram if needed

Welcoming place to stay

Fantastic three room property just by the University of Nottingham. It was very clean and warm, nice cotton linen and good pillows. Communication with the owner was easy. Tram stop 5 minute walk away, 15 minute ride to town. Also it was very quiet, no street noise what so ever.

Gardens as I understand are work in progress, once finished will make it even more pleasant.

Really lovely property and we’d hire it again.

Really clean and well kept property. Perfect for a family get together. 3 very comfy rooms. Two good shower rooms. Nice quality sheets and towels. Easy instructions for heating/wi-fi/parking etc. Well equipped.

Ridiculously minor “could do better”, it needs oven gloves as using thin tea towels isn’t a great idea (plus they will get ruined). Also a big salad bowl type thing, as we ended up using a saucepan instead. But honestly everything else was great. Maybe some instructions re bins or recycling left beside the kitchen bin?

Despite few things highlighted, we had a good stay

We did not have breakfast at the facilities. The Villa was spotlessly clean

A toilet down stairs would have made it easier. Additional blankets required. Lastly put up instructions on the use of machinery in the house i.e dish washing machine

Rundum zufrieden

Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unser Wochenende. Es war alles top sauber und vorbereitet, als wir spät abends ankamen. Die Übergabe war einfach mit einer Schlüsselbox. Die Lage zu den Sportzentren ist super. Das Tram ist gleich um die Ecke und fährt direkt ins Stadtzentrum. Wir haben etwas liegen gelassen, der nette Herr hat sich umgehend gemeldet und fuhr das Ding an einen mit uns abgemachten Ort um es anderen Schweizern mit nach Hause zu geben. Echt toller Service. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank jederzeit wieder.
