After a stressful start getting into the building everything turned out fine.

The location was perfect.

Gaining entry into the building on arrival, late at night in the dark, was extremely difficult as I did not have WiFi connection. I was a lone 72 year old female who does not have all the technology on my phone. Someone in the building had also locked one of the doors which further complicated the situation. How would you get out if there was a fire and in the dark as the lights were timed to go off. No hairdryer but the host eventually supplied one. No instructions for the safety deposit box, I needed to contact the host who explained with pictures on WhatsApp how to operate. No hot water in the bathroom, again contacted the host who verbally explained about the switches etc. An information sheet, about the safety deposit box and what all the relevant switches were for would be beneficial to future guests. Also, the host needs to contact guests at least 24 hours before their requested check-in time to update them with how to access the building, location information etc.

A wonderful place to stay on your holiday in Zadar

The accommodation was absolutely stunning. Very cozy, small and comfy. A lovely apartment just across the city centre of Zadar, with a supermarket and restaurants a hew minutes away. The host, Mario, was very helpful and nice, willing to answer all of my questions and regularly checking in whether everything was okay. The apartment had an A/C, as well as floor heating in the bathroom. It was a perfect place to stay for a week and enjoy the sea. It was located on the first floor which was great. The access to the apartment was non-problematic, there was a code on the main gate and the keys to the apartment were in a lock with a code. The beach Kolovare was about 20 minutes of walking distance, while the beach Puntamika about 7 minutes of bus ride from the station Mala pošta, which was also close to the apartment. The dock with ships and a promenade was just outside the apartment. The apartment is a great place to stay if you wish to combine being close to the city with its many restaurants and monuments and enjoy the sea as well. I 100 % recommend this accommodation :)

The only thing I can think of is a small rug in front of the shower so that you don't spread the water from your feet around the apartment. Otherwise, everything was great :)

Really nice staying with just one disappointing thing.

It was really clean place, we spent nice time in there.

We were a little bit disappointed when the host tell us we can not have more toilet paper. For us it’s like a basic. And the answer that there’s market near the apartament and we can buy it by ourselves was not so nice and accurate.

Perfecta ubicación con parking

La ubicación es inmejorable, aparqué el coche debajo del edificio (hay un montón de sitio gratis) y no tuve que mover el coche en 3 días, todo está a 5 minutos a pie, las excursiones a 2 minutos. La ducha no tiene cristal pero no le hacía falta, pongo una foto para que se vea.

Quizá el techo de la habitación si estuviera un poco más alto mejor… pero mido 1.85 y no he tenido ninguna tragedia

Precioso apartamento en una magnífica ubicación

Ubicación. Bonito diseño.

Algo confusas las indicaciones sobre cómo llegar (es un edifico amarillo retranqueado). La planta del dormitorio tiene una altura de 1,75 aprox. Pero no agobia.

Falta algo para poder tender la ropa, y una mesa para poder comer, ya que en una barra es un poco incómodo…

Prima voor een kort verblijf

Op loopafstand van het centrum, was- en droogmachine aanwezig.

Op de vide, waar het bed is, kun je niet rechtop staan (1,70 m). Het is erg onduidelijk waar je moet zijn, de instructies vooraf over het inchecken kunnen duidelijker. De keuken was niet compleet met zaken die er wel moeten zijn (waterkoker). Geen douchegordijn/extra handdoek/douchedeur, met het douchen wordt de hele douche vochtig, dit is daarna bij de wc/wastafel vervelend. Bij aankomst was er geen warm water, de boiler stond uit. Voor wifi moest de code gevraagd worden aan de host.
