The apartment is located in an old building that is still awaiting renovation, but don't let the exterior put you off: the apartment itself has been recently renovated and is modern, comfortable and in excellent condition, with everything looking new. The very high ceilings have been cleverly used to create a raised sleeping area, accessed by stairs.
The location is excellent, right next to the bridge leading into Zadar's Old Town, so all the main sights are just a few minutes away on foot.
On the downside, we missed having a coffee machine, and the information provided about how to access the apartment could have been clearer and more detailed. These were minor issues, however, and overall our experience was very positive.
