Excellent price for great quality

What a brilliant stay! Everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, AC in every room. There was an extra supply of everything from toilet paper, detergent, shower gel and body lotion. The communication with the hosts was effortless and they went above and beyond to help us have a stress free stay. Fantastic location, 5 minutes away from old town, 2 min from shops and 10-15 minutes away from some excellent non-touristy restaurants. Bus stops 2 minutes away. Cannot fault it. Definitely recommend and will come again.

I was very impressed. The apartment was clean, bright, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and Wi-Fi. The location is excellent, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it simple to explore the city. Despite being in the center, the apartment was quiet, allowing for a restful stay. It’s perfect for anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and complete place in the heart of the city. Highly recommended!

Nyugodt környezet, városközpont, kávézók, éttermek, üzletek közvetlen közelében. Jól felszerelt, tiszta szállás.

Ami kicsit meglepett a lépcsőzés a kb. 3-4. emeletre (pontosan már nem emlékszem). 2 éjszaka ottlétnél nem volt gond nekünk felnőtteknek, több éjszakára már az lenne.

Mooi appartement in een verschrikkelijk gebouw!

Het appartement zelf was erg netjes, fijne bedden, alles goed voorzien. Communicatie met gastvrouw verliep prima.

Het appartement ligt vlakbij het centrum, je loopt zo het oude Zadar in. De straat waar het appartement ligt ziet er echter uit als een achterbuurt. Voelt heel onveilig om daar te zijn. Parkeren kon alleen op de stoep. En het appartement is niet een bovenverdieping zoals in de beschrijving staat maar is 5 etages hoog zonder lift.

Zeer proper. Prima ligging.

De inkomhall van de appartementsblok voelt wat gek aan. Gelukkig enkel van buitenzijde.

Magnifico da rifare 🥰

La struttura è completamente ristrutturata e completa di tutti i comfort ed i servizi sia di prima necessità che di divertimento☺️ smart tv in ogni stanza e PlayStation 5 per giornate la sera al rientro. Posizione ottima una distanza di 4 min a piedi dall’ingresso all’Old city zada.

Non ci sono cose che non mi siano piaciute, forse l’unico appunto è che che nello stabile non c’è l’ascensore ma tuttavia stando fuori casa per vacanze e non facendo sotto e sopra chissà quanto i 4 piani sono fattibilissimi ☺️

Było doskonale!

Wspaniały apartament, bardzo czysto!!! Łazienka super, pachnące ręczniki. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, kawa herbata i przyprawy, tabletki do zmywarki. Na powitanie nawet czekało na nas coś słodkiego! Doskonała lokalizacja, bardzo blisko centrum (2 minuty do mostu). Sklepy bardzo blisko i piekarnie. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem, bardzo szybko odpisuje na każde pytanie. Rachunek bez problemu.

Klatka schodowa do remontu, źle wygląda i brudna. 3 piętro ;-)
