Kailani Luxury Central 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Apartment With a Sunny Balcony

The flat was very close to the walled city. The block was also very quiet, and close to local amenities. The area also appeared to be very safe (we saw motorbikes with the keys left in the ignition, for example).

Parking was tricky, although we were always able to park nearby without paying. The streets are narrow, though, and it took some skill to drive around and to park. Although the area looks a little deprived, it's actually very safe and we had no worries about leaving our car there. The flat is also on the fourth floor, so it was tough hauling our luggage up there in the summer heat.

la struttura è molto centrale, ben tenuta e pulita. i proprietari erano sempre reperibili e rispondevano subito alle mail. abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti e purtroppo per 2 mattine di seguito nella casa non c’era acqua perché si era rotto un tubo e siamo dovuti quindi andare nei bagni pubblici! una cosa positiva è che l’host ha prontamente cercato di capire dove fosse il problema e ci ha portato dell’acqua per scusarsi del disagio nonostante il problema fosse delle tubature dell’acqua! alla fine del soggiorno proprio per questo disagio ci hanno rimborsato una parte del costo del soggiorno come gesto di scusa. ottima struttura la consiglio

Everything was ok. Very clean rooms, near to the centrum.

PERFECT from the very beginning. First of all — communication. Whenever we had any questions, the host responded immediately, which was amazing because it made us feel safe and well taken care of. We had a very early flight, and the host allowed us to check in earlier. This meant we could relax, leave our belongings at the apartment, and enjoy Zadar comfortably. When we arrived, we were amazed by how every little detail had been thought of. We found not only an iron, but also oil, spices, earplugs, umbrellas, hygiene products, laundry supplies, ice cubes already frozen, drinks, and much more. We didn’t miss a single thing! We even joked that the only thing missing for complete happiness was a hair straightener — but that’s only if you want to be insanely perfect 😄 The cleanliness and organization were impeccable. We travel a lot, but we have never stayed in an apartment where absolutely everything was thought through from A to Z. The location is extremely convenient — everything is close by, and all the meeting points for the excursions we took were nearby. In short, you are doing an amazing job — keep it up! 100 out of 10! 💯
