It was clean and we had everything we needed. The host was kind and nice. What i really enjoyed was the radio from the shower. Very interesting. Overall the vibe was great and the location was close to the city centre. I hope we will come back soon.

Host is communicative and dependable when collecting keys. Although she's working , she planned ahead asking her mom and daughter to be in charge. Although the property is not straightforward to find, but thanks to good communication, checking in is not a problem, thankful for the kindness and being reliable. :)) Didn't have a chance to use the barbeque this time as not had a chance to be shown ( to be fair i didn't ask too) I would love to try with host if there's a chance next! Parking is not a problem Very beautiful location, peaceful and close to city. It's really amazing if you want a peaceful green place to stay while being able to access the centre easily. Just a 13-15 mins easy walk. Facilities, cleanliness and comfort are super and amazing. Really really comforting stay! I love the apartment, tastefully decorated and details are well thought out. I'm really thankful ♥️ I'll really really loving this apartment, top comfort , convenience and good value for money ! All my research is worth it to find you ! Thank you, well done!

Great place in Zadar

Nice place at fine location. It was bigger than our initial expectation and is very conveniently located - in the park, next to the Marina and in a walking distance from the Old City. We had great time there, the hosts were very kind, and we really enjoyed our first visit in Zadar.

The apartment is fully equipped. Microwave, sandwich maker, super modern shower (you can listen to music in it for example), TV with Netflix account, nice balcony etc. The location is right by a nice park with a little creek and the walk to the central town is fast.

a very nice, relaxing flat next to a restaurant and playground - try it!

it is very functional. there are two rooms, each with good space for the cloths. the living room is also practical with everything you need! there is a big terrace with table, chairs and umbrella that you can enjoy. There is a decent restaurant by just going out through the garden and next to the restaurant there is a playground. our child enjoyed that very much. it is very clean. there is a washing machine.

there is one bathroom with toilet only and the shower is narrow but this was not really an issue for us. everything was clean and in very good condition.

Awesome!

Good location and spaciousness made this a very enjoyable stay. The balcony is lovely, has a view on the park, the beds were very comfortable and it was quiet around. There was a drip coffee maker and some coffee, we also found oil in the kitchen cupboard which made cooking quite easy. There was also a washing machine. We checked in last-minute but were welcomed neatly by the host and her dogs. Good price/quality ratio.

Good if you're on a budget and need a lot of room.

It was bigger than we expected, more room than we needed for two people. It was close to a park, so, no street noise. There was a washing machine. There was outdoor seating on the patio. The property is fenced in and the parking is secure. The host is super friendly and genuine. :)

Our first impression was a concern about the large dog (bulldog of some sort) which lives outside most or all of the time we saw it. They held the dog by the collar each time we were leaving, but it made it really nerve-racking to wonder if the dog would be running at us when we opened the gate or left the house. In her defense, she did ask us if we were comfortable with dogs, yes, sure, but if you have strangers coming and going, the dog is just going to use instinct and this is not a good option in my opinion, especially for such an aggressively known breed. The house had a strong smell of air freshener, those plug-in types. We immediately unplugged them to discover they were covering cigarette smoke, likely from a previous guest. The house was clean at first glance, but not so clean that you want to walk barefoot, and the kitchen was moderately clean. The shower was quite short but pretty fancy. The walls are thin, you can hear the neighbors easily, but they were respectable. The bed was not so comfy as it seemed it would be, didn't get such a great rest. The gas stove in the photos does not work, only the two electric burners. There was some kind of little bugs eating us while on the couch, maybe no-see-umm, not sure exactly.

Perfect location, very very clean, has al you might need, good safe parking, spacious rooms, nice view on the park, old marina is to meters away, helpfull and polite owners, we will come back.

Wspaniały pobyt w Zadarze.

Duży, wygodny apartament położony blisko starego miasta w cichej, spokojnej okolicy. Dużym atutem jest parking i dostęp do Netflixa, gdzie można w swoim języku oglądać filmy po całym dniu zwiedzania. Kuchnia jest kompletnie wyposażona, a w łazience znajduje się pralka. Gospodyni jest bardzo sympatyczną osobą - podała nam wszystkie potrzebne wskazówki dotyczące poruszania się po mieście. poleciła nam również pobliską restaurację, gdzie można było dobrze zjeść za stosunkowo niska cenę. Bardzo dziękujemy za pobyt, Na pewno tu jeszcze wrócimy.

Appartement très bien très propre, la propriétaire est vraiment sympathique. Elle est au petit soins, il ne manque vraiment rien dans cet appartement, c’est un petit bijou, il est placé à 10 minutes de marche du centre historique, parking privé qui est très appréciable, un joli parc est à côté

J’ai tout aimé dans cet appartement, j’y reviendrai sans problème vraiment à conseiller

Daję ocenę 4/5 ze względu na brzydko pachnącą kanapę w salonie.

Wyposażenie obiektu, ładny park z placem zabaw, bliskość do centrum, taras, wygodne łóżka.

Kanapa w salonie okropnie śmierdziała, prawdopodobnie psem. Zapach był tak okropny że cieżko było wysiedzieć i musieliśmy dwie warstwy koca kłaść żeby to jakoś zamaskować.

Appartamento molto spazioso con una bella terrazza abitabile. Posizione comodissima al centro di Zara e adiacente ad uno splendido parco. Qualità/prezzo ottimo.

In una camera c'era un divano letto un pò scomodo (comunque adatto a dei bambini come nel nostro caso).
