The location was perfect, right in the old town, near to the restaurants and shops.
Spacious, clean and comfortable.
Great communication with the host.
Nothing at all, maybe it will be very useful to put some signboard on the street for better location.

The location is excelent as ut is very convinient to explore Zadar old town by foot and no need to spend money or time to find a parking place. On the other hand, the bulding is in very poor condition, flity and with no lights.
We expeced to be hosted as we lost an hour trying to find the place and the correct building and the flat. There was no proper information about the key locker or how to find the buliding. The hallway to enter the buolding is very tight and filthy and the biluilfing is in extremely poor condition. The stairway is dirty and smells awful. On the other hand, the flat is nice, charming, clean and in proper condition. There are 2 air condition stations.
