This property was just 10 minutes away from the city centre on foot and very conveniently located not far from supermarkets, the beach and other points of interest. We found it very clean, spacious, bright. There are a very large living room, two bedrooms, one of which quite large and a big bathroom; the kitchen is tiny, but it has got all the necessary. The beds have linen and there are hand towels in the bathroom.
It exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

Good Wi-Fi, close to old town, small grocery market around corner.
The best thing about this property is the attitude (helpfulness/responsiveness) of the host. Any issue or question was quickly addressed to make sure we were taken care of.
There were 4 of us but a family of 5-6 with small children can fit if needed.
You can stay in old town but pay a hundred or more than this for 3 nights. This apartment is worth the 15min walk if you’re on a budget.
Building under renovation which does not look great from the outside but it’s not noisy before 9am.
The kids play soccer outside the window til 10pm - this could bother some, but not us.

Very clean apartment, perfect location for wandering to the old town (<5 mins walk). Beds very comfortable, good sized apartment. It is a little dated, but still remained comfortable and great value.
