Ottima la posizione, vicina alla spiaggia di Kolovare e a 15-20 minuti dal centro.Vicinissimo anche un grande supermercato.
Ottima la vista trovandosi al settimo piano di un palazzo.
Non adatto a chi ama strutture nuove e arredo moderno essendo il palazzo piuttosto datato.

Less than 10 mins' walk from the bus station and the nearby shopping centre/supermarket.
Kolovare beach (arguably the most popular beach in Zadar) is reachable in about 15 mins' walk, whereas the historical centre is a good 20 mins' walk.
The apartment is on the 7th floor, it has great views on the town, the bus station and the sea.
It is very spacious and has plenty of light, we all loved it. The furniture and the chandeliers are a bit old but that wasn’t a problem for us.
The kitchen/dining room area (with balcony) is also quite spacious.
Overall cleanliness was good. There is air con in the living room.
A bit difficult to find at first as it’s in an area of high rise buildings and the building numbers are not always on the front side of the road.
The area is slightly derelict although it didn’t feel unsafe at all.
The apartment is reachable via the stairs or via the perfectly functional but small/cranky/noisy/old/annoying lift.
The bathroom has no window and no fan either. The shower in the bathtub is a bit uncomfortable because of the shape of the bath and needs to be updated/upgraded to a classic shower cubicle.
No shower towels were provided, only “small” hand towels, the landlady promised to provide shower towels for our next visit ;)
