The house has plenty of space and utilities for a family with kids, and is very clean and comfortable. Location wise is close to Salcombe and local amenities. Property landlord very kind, directed us to local help when our baby was poorly. View from the garden of rolling hills was amazing.

Sent an email with the code for the key safe, arrived used code and entered the property, could not have been simplier. The property was ideal for either a couple or family with kids. Two rooms with a double and bunk beds, even had cot and high chair if needed. Our dog was accepted into the property. There was even a garden with chairs to sit out (if warm enough) Excellent views from the lounge, Although the kitchen was small it contained everything possibly needed for a home from home experience and very well equipped. We will certainly be returning.

No designated parking space. The rubbish was collected by a private firm who said sorted at the waste site in to the various categories of recycling, would have preferred to sort into recyclable components officially myself (in fact, having done so for nearly 20 years in my home city. I did this and the local council bin lorry was happy to accept these items for recycling.

A well provisioned and homely space. Very clean and tidy with a lovely garden space to enjoy.

The issue with parking. No place to park in evenings. The main bedroom mattress was uncomfortable.
