The longer we stayed the more we liked it
Very spacious Wonderful view from the balcony Reasonable location
Decor was tired and out of date There was so much of the owners “stuff” I counted complete dining service of over 40 cups/ mugs, 40 plates and 40 dishes all for a property for 4 people! Cleaning was poor, it was a bit dusty, windows dirty with hand prints on the inside of the patio doors There were weeds growing on the veranda Instructions to get into property were poor, the key safe release was very poor/ didn’t work Router for WiFi wasn’t as per instructions - different router name but same password Attention to any detail was really lacking

We had a lovely time at the apartment and really loved the location.
The property is a large and spacious apartment with amazing views over north sands to bolt head direction in Salcombe. We loved the long verandah and all the ranch sliders letting in the vista. The location is excellent for walking to the beach and walking into town (about 20 mins to town).
The apartment is quite dated on the interior and could do with an overhaul particularly the furniture and curtains. There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment which should be mentioned.

Stunning views
Location is on steep hill with steep drive and four flights of stairs to reach. property is furnished ( tired) but the balcony and view is spectacular. Decided not to take our elderly dog ...he wouldn't have made it. Do not consider it pet friendly.
