In a most convenient location overlooking South Sands, this classy and cosy flat has been elegantly furnished with a keen eye for detail.. All on the Ground Floor:

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Night storage heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Garden with decking, garden furniture and BBQ. Private parking for 2 cars/boat. No smoking. Please note: There are drops in the garden.. Estuary House is a detached property comprising 3 apartments, no. 3 being the garden flat. There are excellent views of South Sands and the estuary from the apartment and the sun deck. This comfortable well equipped property is located a few minutes from South Sands and the SW Coastal Path. During the summer season, a ferry runs from the beach to the town centre (approx. 2 miles by road).

These properties are rural, with access via country lanes, with a 20-to-30-minute walk to local town.
