Great Location, good parking places. Loved the balcony. Nice and clean.
Not enough room around the bed for access. No scissors in the kitchen. Poor wifi/internet. Did not like the bedding on the kingsize bed, it needs to 100% cotton not cotton/polyester - very uncomfortable in the warm weather.

Great location, close to town but very quiet away from traffic. Nice views. Parking outside
Underfloor heating in lounge not working (but great host who arranged an electric heater), shower temperamental and would have benefitted from bespoke instruction, double bedding needs replacing, frying pans need replacing

The location is great, fantastic to have dedicated parking and a balcony.
It sounds like a small thing but the stools in the kitchen are really uncomfortable and that means there isn’t anywhere you can sit comfortable and eat. Would be amazing if this small thing could be fixed as know previous reviewers have made similar comments

The property managers were excellent - really efficient and really lovely Much better than others I have encountered in Salcombe
No glasses Towels and bedding were not amazing and usually better in Salcombe Also the shower was Luke warm No way of getting it hot so left the shower shivering
