Two bedroom, two bathroom, brand new and contemporary furnished house with breathtaking sea views across Bolberry Down. We are dog friendly (one well behaved dog) and are situated in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty with direct access to the South West coastal path. The house has views across Bolberry Down to the sea and Burgh Island. This is a perfect area for walking the coast and exploring the South Hams area of Devon.

So this property really is a home from home. This is our 2nd stay here and hopefully we will return again. The comfort and facilities this property offers is great. Comfy beds and furnishings, clean and well equipped. The location is incredible-miles of walks, beaches and countryside outside the door. It’s been a privilege to stay here twice.

The property was well equipped and nicely decorated with views out to the sea. It felt like a real home from home during our stay and we looked forward to getting back every evening.
We enjoyed all the lovely walks on the doorstop and visiting the many nearby beaches. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxed break in the beautiful Devon countryside.

only downside was the narrow road to the beaches but the Downs of Bolberry beautiful and ideal for walking the coastal footpath. Property well equiped and clean, good quality linen and comfortable seating. Tv's and all one could want from a holiday home. Owners helpful and pleasant.
