Hobie Beachfront Apartment Isla Verde

We travel to PR several times a year my wife was born there, This location was very good near restaurants, car rental, great pool and beach area, and many other attractions.

The view was good overall the apt was clean but the apt needs work. Glass sliding door needs repair, micro wave and possibly the stove needs to be replaced, Very important the Shower - hot water was not hot warm at best, my wife saw several small bugs at night. Needs proper vent door on AC closet, window in BR needs to be repaired. We would not rent this place again, but, would return to the area.

Loved the property, everything about “the property” was immaculate, easy to navigate, clean pool, right on the beach. Strong Shower.

The apartment looks like it was designed by a stripper and her 20 year old boy toy. Or a frat house. Sleazy pictures on the walls, cheap everything, everything is either chipped or fading - floors, furniture, etc. sheep curtails, I think they were actually bed linens, the patio furniture is cheap, the door doesn’t lock and you look down ona busy, noisy avenue.

- As informações incorrectas sobre a morada, que nos fizeram passar 1h15m de taxi à procura de um número de porta que não existia - informação incorrecta sobre o tamanho do apartamento quando fizemos a reserva - péssima forma de receber/tratar os hóspedes e falta de contacto adequado/diálogo com a proprietária - tentativa de cancelar a nossa reserva a meio da estadia - falta de alguns artigos básicos, como sabonete ou gel de banho, utensílio para ferver água/fazer chá, saca-rolhas, panelas muito danificadas - ar condicionado super barulhento - falta dos principais canais de noticias da tv (CNN, BBC...)
