LOCATION WAS AMAZING!!! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for breakfast and in the evening for our happy hour and snacks. It was also so nice to go for a walk on the beach in the morning and watch the sunrise.
In addition, having the strip of restaurants right across the street was very convenient. Lots of restaurants to choose from.
The apartment is VERY worn: Broken towel racks in the bathroom. The toilet seat was cracked too. In the kitchen the cabinets are rotting away on the bottom part. And the washer/dryer was NOT working.
The blankets smelled like sweat(SEX), like they had not been washed after the previous guests.
The A/C is VERY LOUD so we had to close the bathroom door to muffle the sound.
And of course the erotic paintings were a bit much! I know it is advertised for a "TANTRA" apartment but if you are not a sex fiend, people would have no idea what TANTRA was. The Green sex couch and the laminated sexual position card was also a bit of a shock! NOT a place for kids!
I feel the owners should make this VERY clear to the guest BEFORE they book, to explain that the apartment is meant for a SEX HOLIDAY.

Location near the beach
The frames and pillows it looks more an adult apartment. I was struggling with my daughter seeing the art drawings that’s extra . You can put something nice and neutral . Art is art but needed to explain my daughter what it was and was obsessed with it and she is special needs. Kitchen it outdated. Washer and dryer wasn’t working and we saw 3 roaches . And no beach chairs. Way too pricey. And the beachfront was more building front. Just a little of beach seen .
